Abstract

ABSTRAKi Guru sebagaii subjeki memilikii peranani pentingi dalami keberlangsungi pendidikan. i Olehi karenai itu, i baiki buruknyai seorangi pendidiki ataui pendidiki berpengaruhi besari tcrhadapi hasili pendidikani dimasai yangi akani datang. i Dalami hali inii pendidiki rupanyai sebagaii publici figurei yangi tenrui akani menjadii panutani parai pesertai didiknyai baiki tuturi kata, i sikap, i gayai menulis, i berpakaian, i dani scbagainya, i makai pendidiki harusi rncrnilikii akhlaki yangi luhuri .Pembinaani dani pembimbingani pesenai didiki darii sangi pendidiki yangi berakhlaki luhuri sangatlahi menentukani terbentuknyai kepribadiani yangi sempurnai sebagaii pencerminani darii Akhlak Al�karimah. i Dalami pembinaani akhlaki siswai tidaki jarangi terjadii hambatani hambatani sehinggai peranani gurui kurangi berhasil, i sehingai rumusani masalahi penulisi ajukani adalahi “Bagaimanai peranani gurui akidahi akhlaki dalami pembinaani akhlaki di MTsi Guppii Natar. i Alat pengumpulan datai yangi digunakani adalahi interview, i observasi, i dani dokumentasi. i Dalami analisisi datai digunakani analisai deskriptifi kualitatifi yaitui analisisi datai yangi menekankani padai maknai penalaran, i definisii suatui situasii tertentui (dalami konteksi tertentu)i sertai menggambarkani apai adanyai mengenaii pelakui obyeki yangi dii teliti. i Adapuni tujuani darii penelitiani inii yaitui untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis bagaimana peranan gurui akidahi akhlaki dalami membinai akhlaki dii Mtsi Guppii Natar Hasil penelitian melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi maka peneliti menemukan temuan-temuan tentang peran guru akidah alkhlak dalam pendidikan akhlak di mts guppi natar antara lain : menggunakan metode teladan, metode pembiasaan, metode nasehat, metode hukuman. Dari upaya yang dilakukan pendidik tersebut maka akhlak siswa di mts guppy natar sudah baik hal tersebut dapat dilihat dari akhlakul karimah siswa kepada Allah, dan sesama manusia dan lingkungan. iv i Simpulan yang diperoleh dalami penelitian inii bahwa : i Perani gurui dalami pendidikani akhlaki dii Mtsi GUPPIi Natari sudahi mampui mencapaii tujuani ataui hasili yangi baiki dalami membinai akhlaki . Parai siswai dani siswii sudah mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, seperti mampu membentuk kepribadian mulia kepada Allah Swt. Kepada diri sendiri, Adapun faktori penghambati dalami pembinaani siswai yangi dilakukani olehi gurui akidahi akhlaki ialah kurangnya kesadaran diri dari siswa tersebut dan pengaruh pergaulan lingkungan. i Kata kunci : peran dan pembinan siswa v ABSTRACT Teachers as subjects havei ani importanti rolei ini thei continuityi ofi education. Therefore, whether an educator or educator is good or bad has a big influence on future educational outcomes. In this case, educators appear to be public figures who will actually bei rolei modelsi fori theiri studentsi ini termsi of speech, attitude, writing style, dress, and so on, so educators must have noble morals. Coaching and mentoring students from educators who have noble morals is very important. determining the formation of a perfect personality as a reflection of Al-karimah Morals. In developing students' morals, it is not uncommon for obstacles to occur so that the teacher's role is less successful, so the author's problem formulation is "What is thei rolei ofi thei morali aqidahi teacheri ini morali developmenti at MTs Guppi Natar. The datai collectioni toolsi usedi werei interviews, i observationi andi documentation. i Ini datai analysis, i qualitativei descriptivei analysisi isi used, i namelyi datai analysisi thati emphasizesi thei meaningi ofi reasoning, i thei definitioni ofi ai certaini situationi (in ia certaini context)i andi describesi whati isi therei about the perpetrator of the object under study. The aim of this research is to describe and analyze thei rolei ofi moral aqidah teachers ini fostering morals at Mts Guppi Natar As a result of research through observation, interviews and documentation, the researcher found findings regarding the role of moral aqidah teachers in moral education at MTS Guppi Natar, including: using the example method, habituation method, advice method, punishment method. From the efforts made by the educators, the morals of the students at MTS Guppy Natar are good. This can be seaen from the students' morals towards Allah, fellow human beings and the environment. The conclusioni obtainedi ini thisi researchi isi that: i Thei role of teachers in moral education at Mts GUPPI Natar has been able to vi achieve good goals or results in developing morals. Students and studentsi arei ablei toi applyi iti ini everydayi life, i such as being able to form a noble personality towards Allah SWT. To yourself, the inhibiting factors ini thei developmenti ofi studentsi carriedi outi byi morali aqidah teachers arei thei lack of self-awarenessi of the studentsi and thei influence of social interactions.
