Abstract

ABSTRAK Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) adalah inisiatif pembangunan global yang merangkul semua negara tanpa memandang tingkat perkembangannya. SDGs, yang juga dikenal sebagai Tantangan Pembangunan PBB 2030, terdiri dari tiga pilar utama, yaitu pembangunan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan. Salah satu tujuannya adalah mencapai hunian layak terjangkau dan akses transportasi publik, yang merupakan Tujuan Pembangunan Berkelanjutan ke 11. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk asesment capaian SDGs bidang hunian layak terjangkau dan transportasi publik. Populasi penelitian mencakup semua kecamatan di Kabupaten Lampung Timur, dengan sampel sebanyak 400 responden yang dipilih secara proporsional melalui teknik penarikan sampel acak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Stratified Random Sampling. Prosedur penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi data awal, wawancara dan angket. Kemudian analisis menggunakan tabulasi Microsoft Excel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 400 responden aasesmen pada persentase rumah tangga yang mempunyai akses terhadap hunian layak terjangkau ditemukan 71% hunian yang sudah mencukupi kelayakan yang sesuai dengan tujuan ke 11 dari SDGs . Kemudian Asesment transportasi publik yang dilakukan di Lampung Timur di peroleh data bahwa (95%) yang belum mendapatkan akses nyaman tranportasi publik. Artinya hanya sedikit (yaitu 5%) responden yang mendapatkan akses nyaman transportasi publik, sangat jarang pemukiman warga yang dekat dengan halte, terminal dan statiun, rata-rata jarak pemukiman warga ke halte 0,5 km sebagaimana yang disebutkan di pedoman (Bappenas, 2020) tujuan ke 11 SDGDs. Kata Kunci: SDGs, Hunian Layak, Transportasi Publik, Lampung Timur iii ABSTRACT The Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) are global development initiatives that embrace all countries regardless of their level of development. The SDGs, also known as the UN Development Challenge 2030, consist of three main pillars, namely social, economic, and environmental development. One of the goals is to achieve affordable housing and access to public transportation, which is the 11th Sustainable Development Goal. This research aims to assess the achievement of SDGs in the field of affordable housing and public transportation. The research population covers all sub-districts in East Lampung Regency, with a sample of 400 respondents selected proportionally through random sampling techniques. The research method used is Stratified Random Sampling. The research procedure was carried out by initial data observation, interviews and questionnaires. Then the analysis uses Microsoft Excel tabulation. The results of the study showed that from 400 assessment respondents on the percentage of households that have access to affordable housing, 71% of housing was found to be sufficient in accordance with the 11th goal of the SDGs. Then the public transportation assessment carried out in East Lampung obtained data that (95%) have not received comfortable access to public transportation. This means that only a few (that’s 5%) respondents get convenient access to public transportation, very rarely residential areas close to bus stops, terminals and stations, the average distance of residential areas to bus stops is 0.5 km as mentioned in the guidelines (Bappenas, 2020) to the 11th destination of SDGDs.
