Abstract

ABSTRAK PERAN APARATUR DESA DALAM PELAYANAN PUBLIK DI KAMPUNG NEGARA BUMI UDIK KECAMATAN ANAK TUHA KABUPATEN LAMPUNG TENGAH Oleh SUHERMAN UMAR Pada tingkat desa peran pemerintah desa menjadi sangat penting untuk kemajuan suatu desa. Pemerintah desa berperan penting dalam melayani masyarakat gampang sekaligus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan terhadap masyarakat guna mewujudkan masyarakat yang berkembang dan sejahtera. Aparatur desa memiliki peran signifikan dalam pengelolaan proses sosial didalam masyarakat. Tugas utama yang harus diemban pemerintah desa adalah bagaimana menciptakan kehidupan demokratik, memberikan pelayanan sosial seperti pelayanan pembuatan KTP, KK Akte bahkan surat menyurat lainnya yang baik sehinga dapat membawa warganya pada kehidupan yang sejahtera, rasa tentram dan berkeadilan. Permasalahan skripsi ini adalah Peran Aparatur desa dalam pelayanan publik untuk melayani kebutuhan masyarakat sangat dibutuhkan karena untuk memajukan serta memakmurkan desa. Metode penelitian yang di pakai adalah penelitian kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data yang peneliti lakukan dengan observasi,wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa Kepala Desa sudah melakukan beberapa Upaya dalam menjalankan tugasnya dengan baik, namun juga ada beberapa anggota yang masih melanggar aturan yang sudah berlaku. Apabila aparatur desa sudah dikasih peringatan tetap tidak disiplin maka sanksinya adalah dikeluarkkan/dipecat, supaya menjadikan pelajaran anggota lainnya Kata kunci : Peran, Aparatur Desa, pelayanan publik iv ABSTRACT THE ROLE OF VILLAGE APPARATUS IN PUBLIC SERVICES IN NEGARA BUMI UDIK VILLAGE CHILDREN'S DISTRICT TUHA OF CENTRAL LAMPUNG DISTRICT By SUHERMAN UMAR At the village level, the role of village government is very important for the progress of a village. The research method used is descriptive qualitative research and data collection techniques that researchers use are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the research and discussion show that the Village Head has made several efforts to carry out his duties well, but there are also several members who still violate the applicable rules. If village officials have been given a warning and remain undisciplined then the sanction is expulsion/fired, so that other members can learn a lesson.
