Abstract

ABSTRAK Rekrutmen adalah proses menghasilkan sejumlah besar pelamar yang memenuhi syarat untuk posisi dalam suatu perusahaan atau organisasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui proses rekrutmen dan seleksi tenaga pendidik di MTs Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung dalam hal persiapan rekrutmen tenaga pendidik, penyebaran pengumuman tenaga pendidik, penerimaan lamaran tenaga pendidik, dan seleksi pelamar tenaga pendidik di MTs Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis datanya adalah reduksi data, penyalinan data, penarikan kesimpulan dan triangulasi. Data penelitian bersumber pada wawancara terhadap kepala madrasah, kepala bidang pendidikan serta kepala tata usaha MTs Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa persiapan rekrutmen dilakukan melalui analisis kebutuhan pegawai. Analisis dilakukan untuk mengetahui berbagai hal termasuk jumlah serta kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan. Penetapan peraturan rekrutmen di sesuaikan dengan peraturan yayasan, anggaran dasar dan anggaran rumah tangga serta kode etik yayasan. Proses perekrutan tidak melalui panitia khusus namun melibatkan pihak yayasan, bidang akademik madrasah serta tata usaha. Selanjutnya diketahui pula bahwa penyebaran pengumuman rekrutmen dilakukan melalui dua cara yaitu melalui media digital dan media sosial serta melalui alumni sekolah. Media digital meliputi web dan blog sekolah sedangkan media sosial melalui facebook, instagram, serta aplikasi whatsapp. Lebih lanjut diketahui bahwa pelaksanaan rekrutmen dilakukan melalui pengiriman surat lamaran. Pelaksanaan rekrutmen tidak memiliki jadwal rutin tertentu namun disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan, situasi serta kondisi lembaga. Syarat utama yang ditentukan oleh lembaga meliputi syarat kemampuan dan pengetahuan keagamaan seperti kemampuan sholat dan membaca Al-qur‟an serta kualifikasi yang dimiliki pelamar. Terakhir, disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan rekrutmen dilaksanakan melalui tahap seleksi berkas, tes tertulis untuk mengetahui potensi akademik pelamar dan tes wawancara untuk mengetahui lebih jauh tentang kualifikasi pelamar. Kata Kunci: Rekrutmen Dan Seleksi, Tenaga Pendidik iv ABSTRACT Recruitment is the process of generating a large number of qualified applicants for positions within a company or organization. This research aims to determine the recruitment and selection process for teaching staff at MTs Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung in terms of preparation for recruiting teaching staff, for distributing announcements for new teaching staff, accepting applications for teaching staff, selecting applicants for teaching staff at MTs Al�Hikmah Bandar Lampung. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative approach, using data collection techniques in this research, namely interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques are data reduction, data copying, drawing conclusions and triangulation. The research data comes from interviews with the head of the madrasah, head of the madrasah division and head of administration at MTs Al-Hikmah Bandar Lampung. From the research results it can be concluded that recruitment preparation is carried out through analysis of employee needs. Analysis is carried out to find out various things including the number and qualifications needed. The determination of recruitment regulations is adjusted to the foundation's regulations, articles of association and bylaws as well as the foundation's code of ethics. The recruitment process does not go through a special committee but involves the foundation, the madrasah academic sector and administration. Furthermore, it is also known that the system for disseminating recruitment announcements is carried out in two ways, namely through digital media and social media as well as through school alumni. Digital media includes the school's website and blog, while social media is via Facebook, Instagram and the WhatsApp application. It is further known that the recruitment implementation system is carried out through sending application letters. Recruitment does not have a specific routine schedule but is adjusted to the needs, situation and conditions of the institution. The main requirements determined by the institution include requirements for religious abilities and knowledge such as the ability to pray and read the Koran as well as the qualifications of the applicant. Finally, it was concluded that recruitment was carried out through a file selection stage, a written test to determine the applicant's academic potential and an interview test to find out more about the applicant's qualifications.
