Abstract

ABSTRAK Kualitas lingkungan hidup dan pertumbuhan ekonomi saling berhubungan secara kompleks. Pertumbuhan ekonomi memberikan manfaat peningkatan standar hidup, namun juga mengancam kelestarian lingkungan dengan pemanfaatan SDA, limbah, dan polusi. Di provinsi Lampung, terdapat banyak industri namun kurang ruang terbuka hijau. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah pertumbuhan ekonomi, sektor pertanian, dan sektor industri pengolahan berpengaruh terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup di provinsi Lampung? Bagaimana pandangan ekonomi Islam terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sektor industri pengolahan dalam konteks lingkungan hidup? Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel tersebut secara parsial dan simultan serta pandangan ekonomi Islam terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan sektor industri pengolahan dalam konteks lingkungan hidup. Metode yang digunakan bersifat kuantitatif berasal dari data sekunder berupa data publikasi pertumbuhan ekonomi menggnakan PDRB Perkapita atas dasar harga konstan, sektor pertanian, sektor industri pengolahan dan indeks kualitas lingkungan hidup di 15 Kabupaten/Kota Provinsi Lampung secara tahunan pada tahun 2020- 2022 dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel dengan model regresi fixed effect menggunakan alat bantu eviews 9. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi,, sektor industri pengolahan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup sedangkan sektor pertanian berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan. Variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi, sektor pertanian, dan sektor industri pengolahan secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kualitas lingkungan hidup di Provinsi Lampung. Dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam, prinsip-prinsip Islam seperti tauhid,keadilan distribusi dan kelestarian lingkungan harus dipegang teguh oleh masyarakat dan pemerintah. Economic growth provides the benefit of increasing living standards, but also threatens environmental sustainability through use of natural resources, waste and pollution. In Lampung province, there are many industries but not enough green open space. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether economic growth, the agricultural sector and the processing industry sector have an effect on the quality of the environment in Lampung province? What is the Islamic economic view of economic growth and the processing industrial sector in the environmental context? This study aims to determine the influence of each of these variables partially and simultaneously as well as Islamic economic views on economic growth and the processing industry sector in the environmental context. The method used is quantitative, originating from secondary data in the form of published data on economic growth using GRDP per capita on the basis of constant prices, the agricultural sector, the processing industry sector and the environmental quality index in 15 regencies/cities of Lampung Province annually in 2020-2022 using analysis. panel data regression with a fixed effect regression model using the eviews 9 tool. The research results show that economic growth, the processing industry sector has a positive and insignificant effect on environmental quality, while the agricultural sector has a negative and significant effect. The variables of economic growth, the agricultural sector and the processing industry sector together have a significant effect on the quality of the environment in Lampung Province. In an Islamic economic perspective, Islamic principles such as monotheism, distributional justice and environmental sustainability must be adhered to firmly by society and the government.
