Abstract

ABSTRAK Guru merupakan penentu keberhasilan pendidikan melalui kinerjanya dalam melakukan pembelajaran. Supervisi akademik kepala sekolah merupakan salah satu aspek yang menunjang meningkatnya kemampuan guru yang lebih baik dan profesional dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran. Di SMP Islam Nashihuddin, supervisi akademik kepala sekolah sudah terlaksana dengan baik namun terdapat permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran seperti media pembelajaran dan metode pengajaran yang kurang variatif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru di SMP Islam Nashihuddin. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif, populasi seluruh guru SMP Islam Nashihuddin. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik non probability sampling dimana sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 30 guru. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Data pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian yaitu uji validitas instrumen, uji reliabilitas instrumen, uji normalitas, uji linearitas, dan uji heterokedastisitas. Data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis regresi sederhana, uji t dan uji koefisien determinasi. Berdasarkan hasil uji persamaan regresi linier sederhana, koefisien regresi supervisi akademik kepala sekolah sebesar 0,837 artinya jika supervisi akademik kepala sekolah (X) meningkat 1% maka kinerja guru (Y) mengalami peningkatan Dengan koefisien determinasi sebesar 0,839 atau sama dengan 83,9%. Angka tersebut mengandung arti bahwa variabel (X) supervisi akademik kepala sekolah berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru (Y) sebesar 83,9%. Adapun sisanya 16,1% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya pengaruh iii positif dan signifikan dari pengaruh supervisi akademik kepala sekolah, sehingga semakin baik penerapan supervisi kepala sekolah maka akan meningkat pula kinerja guru. The principal's academic supervision is one aspect that supports the increasing ability of teachers to be better and more professional in implementing learning. At Nashihuddin Islamic Middle School, the principal's academic supervision has been carried out well, but there are problems in implementing learning such as less varied learning media and teaching methods. This research aims to determine whether there is an influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher performance at Nashihuddin Islamic Middle School. This research uses quantitative descriptive, a population of all Nashihuddin Islamic Middle School teachers. This research uses non�probability sampling techniques where the research sample consists of 30 teachers. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire. The test data used in the research are instrument validity test, instrument reliability test, normality test, linearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data were analyzed using simple regression analysis techniques, t test and coefficient of determination test. Based on the results of the simple linear regression equation test, the regression coefficient of academic supervision of the principal is 0.837 meaning that if the academic supervision of the principal (X) increases by 1%, the performance of the teacher With a coefficient of determination equal to 0.839 or equal to 83.9%. The figure contains the meaning that the variable (X) of the academic supervision of the principal had an effect on the performance of the teacher (Y) by 83.9%. The remaining 16.1% is another factor that was not studied. v The results of the study show that there is a positive and significant influence of the influence of academic supervision of principals, so that the better the implementation of the supervision of the principal, the higher the performance of teachers will also increase.
