Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pengembangan soft skill peserta didik pada tahap perencanaan, tahap pelaksanaan dan tahap evaluasi dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung di kelas IV. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Selanjutnya data yang dikumpulkan dianalisis dengan melakukan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi atau penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan data dengan tringulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti memperoleh keterangan bahwa, implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung di kelas IV pada tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajarannya sudah terlaksana dengan baik. Pada tahap perencanaan kurikulum merdeka di SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung tidak terdapat pengembangan soft skill pada peserta didik, karena pada tahap perencanaan pendidik tidak melibatkan peserta didik dalam memahami Capaian Pembelajaran (CP), merumuskan Tujuan Pembelajaran (TP), menyusun Alur Tujuan Pembelajaran (ATP) dan merancang Modul Ajar (MA). Pada tahap pelaksanaan kurikulum merdeka di SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung pendidik melaksankan asesmen diagnostik, melakukan perancangan pembelajaran dan melaksanakan proses pembelajaran, melalui ini terdapat pengembangan soft skill gabungan pada peserta didik, pengembangan soft skill gabungan ini bisa di lihat dari terpenuhinya indikator dari masing-masing soft skill gabungan yang peneliti amati, antara lain kejujuran, tanggung jawab, berlaku adil, kemampuan bekerja sama, kemampuan beradabtasi, kemampuan berkomunikasi, toleran, hormat terhadap sesama, kemampuan mengambil keputusan, dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Pada tahap evaluasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung pendidik melaksanakan asesmen formatif dan sesmen sumatif pada peserta didik, melalui ini terdapat pengembangan soft skill gabungan pada peserta didik, pengembangan soft skill gabungan ini bisa di lihat dari terpenuhinya indikator dari masing-masing soft skill gabungan yang peneliti amati, antara lain tanggung jawab, kemampuan bekerja sama, kemampuan beradabtasi, toleran, kemampuan mengambil keputusan, dan kemampuan memecahkan masalah. Kata Kunci: Soft Skill, Implementasi, Kurikulum merdeka. ABSTRACT This research aims to describe how students' soft skills are developed at the planning stage, implementation stage, and evaluation stage in implementing the independent curriculum at Assalam Islamic Elementary School Bandar Lampung in class IV. This research used a descriptive-qualitative approach. The data collection techniques were obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation. Next, the collected data was analysed by carrying out data reduction, data presentation, and verification or drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data using source triangulation and technical triangulation. Based on the results of the research conducted by the researcher, the researcher obtained information that the implementation of the independent curriculum at Assalam Islamic Elementary School Bandar Lampung in class IV, at the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages of learning had been carried out well. At the independent curriculum planning stage at Assalam Islamic Elementary School Bandar Lampung, there was no development of soft skills in students because, at the planning stage, educators did not involve students in understanding learning achievements (CP), formulating learning objectives (TP), compiling learning objective flow (ATP), and designing teaching modules (MA). At the stage of implementing the independent curriculum at Assalam Islamic Elementary School Bandar Lampung, educators carry out diagnostic assessments, carry out learning design, and carry out the learning process. Through this, there is the development of combined soft skills in students. The development of these combined soft skills can be seen from the fulfilment of the indicators for each soft skill. The combination that researchers observed included honesty, responsibility, being fair, the ability to work together, the ability to adapt, the ability to communicate, tolerance, respect for others, the ability to make decisions, and the ability to solve problems. At the independent curriculum evaluation stage at Assalam Islamic Elementary School Bandar Lampung, educators carry out formative and summative assessments on student, through this, there is the development of combined soft skills in students. The development of these combined soft skills can be seen from the fulfilment of the indicators for each combined soft skill. Researchers observed, among other things, responsibility, the ability to work together, the ability to adapt, tolerance, the ability to make decisions, and the ability to solve problems.
