Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyaknya anak di TK Rainbow Kids Sabah Balau Lampung Selatan yang mayoritas memiliki minat konsumsi sayuran yang kurang mencukupi dan belum menerapkan edukasi dan motivasi untuk meningkatkan minat konsumsi sayuran bagi anak, sehingga asupan zat gizi kurang dan belum sesuai dengan anjuran gizi seimbang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bermain VEM (vegetable eating motivation) terhadap minat konsumsi sayuran pada anak. Metode dalam Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitaif dengan jenis penelitian Pre�Experimental Designs (nondesign) dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design dimana seluruh responden diberikan perlakuan yang sama. Jenis uji yang digunakan adalah Uji Wilcoxon. Responden diberikan intervensi berupa edukasi dan motivasi dengan menggunakan media bermain VEM sebanyak satu kali. Penelitian ini dilakukan di TK Rainbow Kids Sabah Balau Lampung Selatan dengan melibatkan 30 responden dengan taraf signifikan 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa rata-rata skor minat konsumsi sayuran sebelum diberi perlakuan sebesar 32.33, dan setelah diberi perlakuan sebesar 50.67. Berdasarkan analisis stastitik diketahui nilai p-value 0.000< 0,05 dimana H0 di tolak dan H1 diterima. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan, bahwa bermain VEM berpengaruh terhadap minat konsumsi sayuran pada anak. Kata Kunci: Bermain, Bermain VEM, Minat Konsumsi Sayuran iv ABSTRACT This study was motivated by the large number of children in Rainbow Kids Kindergarten Sabah Balau South Lampung, the majority of whom have insufficient interest in vegetable consumption and have not implemented education and motivation to increase children's interest in vegetable consumption, so that nutrient intake is lacking and not in accordance with balanced nutrition recommendations. This study aims to analyze the effect of playing VEM (vegetable eating motivation) on children's interest in vegetable consumption. The method in this study is quantitative research with the type of Pre-Experimental Designs (nondesign) research with a one group pretest-posttest design approach where all respondents are given the same treatment. The type of test used is the Wilcoxon Test. Respondents were given an intervention in the form of education and motivation using VEM play media once. This research was conducted at Rainbow Kids Kindergarten Sabah Balau South Lampung involving 30 respondents with a significant level of 0.05. The results showed that the average score of interest in vegetable consumption before treatment was 32.33, and after treatment was 50.67. Based on statistical analysis, it is known that the p-value is 0.000 <0.05 where H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So it can be concluded, that playing VEM has an effect on children's interest in vegetable consumption. Keywords: Play, VEM Play, Vegetable Consumption Interest
