Abstract

ABSTRAK Kabupaten Pesisir Barat yang memiliki banyak potensi objek wisata yang tersebar dan jika di kelola secara maksimal pengembangannya, maka nantinya pariwisata ini bisa lebih banyak memberikan kontribusi pendapatan bagi daerah Pesisir Barat. Dalam penelitian ini di rumuskan masalah diantaranya, Bagaimana pengembangan wisata halal di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi, faktor pedukung dan penghambat serta di tinjau dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengembangan wisata halal dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Pesisir Barat, faktor pendukung dan penghambat serta peninjauan dalam perspektif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dan sifat penelitian ini bersifat deskriptif. Proses pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik obsevasi, wawancara, dan juga dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini pengembangan wisata halal dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Kabupaten Pesisir Barat sejatinya belum memberikan kontribusi yang besar bagi pendapatan daerah, meskipun pemerintah daerah selalu berupaya mengembangkan potensi wisata halal yang ada dengan menggunakan cara pariwisata tipe terbuka yang melibatkan masyarakat secara langsung dan bersifat spontan. Pada umumnya ditandai dengan hubungan intensif antara pemerintah daerah, masyarakat dengan wisatawan melalui program-program yang telah di laksanakan. Apalagi saat ini untuk pengembangan wisata halal di Pesisir Barat sudah ditiadakan oleh pemerintah daerah dan akan menggantikannya dengan pengembangan wisata ramah muslim mengikuti hasil pertemuan Indonesia Malaysia Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT GT) beberapa waktu yang lalu di Dinas Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif Provinsi Lampung. ABSTRACT Pesisir Barat Regency has many potential tourist attractions spread out and if its development is managed maximally, then later this tourism can contribute more income to the West Coast area. In this research, problems were formulated including, How does the development of halal tourism in Pesisir Barat Regency increase economic growth, supporting and inhibiting factors and reviewed from an Islamic economic perspective. The aim of this research is to find out how the development of halal tourism can increase economic growth on the West Coast, supporting and inhibiting factors as well as reviewing it from an Islamic economic perspective. This research uses field research and the nature of this research is descriptive. The data collection process in this research used observation, interview and documentation techniques. The results of this research are that the development of halal tourism in increasing economic growth in Pesisir Barat Regency has not actually made a big contribution to regional income, even though the regional government is always trying to develop the existing halal tourism potential by using open�type tourism methods that involve the community directly and are spontaneous. . In general, it is characterized by intensive relations between local governments, communities and tourists through programs that have been implemented. Moreover, currently the development of halal tourism on the West Coast has been abolished by the regional government and will replace it with the development of Muslim-friendly tourism following the results of the Indonesia Malaysia Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT GT) meeting some time ago at the Lampung Province Tourism and Creative Economy Office.
