Abstract
ABSTRAK Peneliti mengamati bahwa fenomena masalah kedisiplinan santri serta terbentuknya kedisiplinan yang baik tentu dikarenakan adanya bimbingan mudabbir untuk mengatasi masalah kedisiplinan santri. Oleh karena itu peneliti tertarik untuk mengkaji lebih lanjut mengenai peran mudabbir serta bimbingan yang digunakam dalam mengatasi masalah kedisiplinan santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nahl. Terkait pentingnya peran mudabbir dalam kedisiplinan santri di atas, maka perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait peran mudabbir dalam membentuk kedisplinan santri apakah sudah sesuai dengan 4 cara pada teori Tulus Tu’u. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui Peran Mudabbir dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nahl Bandar Lampung dan mengetahui bimbingan yang pernah atau sedang digunakan oleh Mudabbir dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nahl Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif, subjek penelitian yakni Ustadzah, Mudabbir dan Santri. Informasi dikumpulkan dengan cara wawancara kepada semua subjek, uji keabsahan dalam penelitian ini yaitu uji triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Mudabbir dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nahl Bandar Lampung adalah sebagai fasilitator dan reflektor. Sedangkan bimbingan yang pernah atau sedang digunakan oleh Mudabbir dalam Membentuk Perilaku Disiplin Santri di Pondok Pesantren An-Nahl Bandar Lampung yaitu layanan dan konseling indivual serta kelompok. Kata Kunci: Mudabbir, Kedisiplinan Santri. iii ABSTRACT Researchers observed that the phenomenon of student discipline problems and the formation of good discipline was certainly due to the guidance of mudabbir to overcome student discipline problems. Therefore, researchers are interested in studying further the role of mudabbir and the guidance used in overcoming student discipline problems at the An-Nahl Islamic Boarding School. Regarding the importance of the role of mudabbir in santri discipline above, it is necessary to carry out research regarding the role of mudabbir in forming santri discipline, whether it is in accordance with the 4 ways in the Tulus Tu'u theory. The purpose of this research is to find out the role of Mudabbir in shaping the disciplined behavior of students at the An-Nahl Islamic boarding school in Bandar Lampung and to find out the guidance that has been or is being used by Mudabbir in shaping the disciplined behavior of students at the An-Nahl Islamic boarding school in Bandar Lampung. The purpose of this research is to find out the role Mudabbir in Forming Santri Disciplinary Behavior at the An-Nahl Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung and knowing the guidance that has been or is being used by Mudabbir in Forming Santri Disciplinary Behavior at the An-Nahl Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method, the research subjects are Ustadzah, Mudabbir and Santri. Information was collected by interviewing all subjects. The validity test in this research was the source triangulation test. The research results show that Mudabbir's role in shaping the disciplinary behavior of students at the An-Nahl Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung is as a facilitator and reflector. Meanwhile, the guidance that Mudabbir has used or is currently using in shaping the disciplined behavior of students at the An-Nahl Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung is individual and group services and counseling.
