Abstract

ABSTRAK SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung merupakan sekolah menengah kejuruan formal dengan ciri khas tersendiri, yaitu sebagai Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan Pusat Keunggulan. Hal tersebut merupakan program yang dilaksanakan untuk mendukung program Implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yang diinstruksikan oleh Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset dan Teknologi. Menurut teori Khoirurrijal dkk terdapat karakteristik kurikulum merdeka, yaitu; (1) Pembelajaran berbasis proyek untuk pengembangan soft skill dan karakteristik profil pelajar pancasila. (2) Fokus pada materi esensial sehingga ada waktu cukup untuk pembelajaran yang mendalam, khususnya kompetensi dasar seperti literasi dan numerasi. (3) Fleksibilitas bagi guru untuk melakukan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kemampuan peserta didik, serta melakukan penyesuaian konteks dan muatan lokal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan implementasi manajemen kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan oleh penulis adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Sumber informasi diperoleh penulis dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi data dan inferensi. Dalam pengecekan keabsahan data, penulis menggunakan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian implementasi manajemen kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa: (1) dalam perencanaan program P5 kurikulum merdeka, guru tim pelaksana P5 mengikuti workshop IHT untuk mempersiapkan guru menguasai materi yang memiliki tujuan pada pembelajaran yang berbasis proyek untuk mengembangkan soft skill dan karakteristik profil pelajar Pancasila. (2) Implementasi kurikulum merdeka dapat dilihat dari adanya jadwal pelaksanaan sebagai jaminan jam mengajar dan Surat Keputusan Tim Pelaksana P5, serta adanya modul ajar dalam pelaksanaannya. Modul ajar P5 di semester ganjil 2023/2024 ini ada iv dua jenis, yaitu; modul dengan tema gaya hidup berkelanjutan untuk kelas X dan modul dengan tema kebekerjaan untuk kelas XI. (3) Evaluasi kurikulum merdeka di SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Implementasi, Kurikulum Merdeka, Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila v ABSTRACT SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung is a formal vocational high school with its own characteristics, namely as a Center of Excellence Vocational High School. This is a program implemented to support the Independent Curriculum Implementation program instructed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. According to Khoirurrijal et al.'s theory, there are characteristics of an independent curriculum, namely; (1) Project-based learning for the development of soft skills and profile characteristics of Pancasila students. (2) Focus on essential material so that there is sufficient time for in-depth learning, especially basic competencies such as literacy and numeracy. (3) Flexibility for teachers to carry out learning in accordance with students' abilities, as well as adapting to local context and content. The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of independent curriculum management at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung. The research method used by the author is descriptive qualitative. Sources of information obtained by the author from primary and secondary data. Data collection methods used by the author are interviews, observation and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed using data reduction techniques, data presentation, data verification and inference. In checking the validity of the data, the authors used source triangulation and technical triangulation. The results of research on the implementation of independent curriculum management at SMK Negeri 7 Bandar Lampung show that: (1) in planning the independent curriculum P5 program, the P5 implementing team teachers attended IHT workshops to prepare teachers to master the material with the aim of project-based learning to develop soft skills and characteristics of the Pancasila student profile. (2) The implementation of the independent curriculum can be seen from the implementation schedule as a guarantee of teaching hours and the Decree of the P5 Implementation Team, as well as the existence of teaching modules in its implementation. There are two types of P5 teaching modules in the odd semester 2023/2024, namely; vi a module with a sustainable lifestyle theme for class X and a module with a work theme for class XI.
