Abstract

ABSTRAK Penulis mengambil judul “Implementasi Konseling Kelompok Teknik Behavior Contract Dalam Mengatasi Perilaku Membolos Peserta Didik Di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung”. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran tentang perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Untuk mengetahui implementasi konseling kelompok teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Untuk mengetahui hasil implementasi konseling kelompok teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriftif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data primer sumber data yang didapat melalui wawancara dengan guru bimbingan dan konseling mengenai implementasi konseling kelompok teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Sumber data sekunder didapat melalui media perantara yang didapat berupa dokumentasi dari responden yaitu guru bimbingan dan konseling di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah : Bagaimanakah gambaran tentang perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung? Bagaimanakah implementasi konseling kelompok teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku membolos di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung? Bagaimanakah hasil implementasi konseling kelompok teknik behavior contract dalam mengatasi perilaku membolos peserta didik di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung? Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan : 1) Gambaran tentang perilaku membolos peserta didik yaitu peserta didik sering keluar kelas pada jam tertentu karena tidak menyukai pelajaran atau guru mata pelajaran tertentu, peserta didik sering tidak masuk sekolah tanpa izin, peserta didik sering tidak masuk sekolah dengan alasan berpura-pura sakit sehingga mengirimkan surat izin palsu, dan peserta didik sering terlambat datang ke sekolah sehingga memilih untuk membolos. 2) Implementasi konseling kelompok teknik behavior contract yaitu guru bimbingan dan konseling melihat absensi hadir peserta didik, melihat catatan buku kasus, dan proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Guru bimbingan dan konseling melakukan kolaborasi dengan guru mata pelajaran untuk melakukan perjanjian kontrak perilaku. 3) Hasil implementasi konseling kelompok dengan teknik behavior contract berjalan dengan baik karena setelah melakukan layanan dan teknik tersebut peserta didik mengalami perubahan dengan tidak lagi melakukan perilaku membolos. Kata kunci: Konseling Kelompok, Behavior Contract, Perilaku membolos.ABSTRACT The author took the title "Implementation of Behavior Contract Technique Group Counseling in Overcoming Students' Truant Behavior at Vocational School SMTI Bandar Lampung". The aim of this research is to find out an overview of students' truant behavior at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. To find out the implementation of behavior contract technique group counseling in dealing with students' truant behavior at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. To find out the results of the implementation of behavior contract technique group counseling in overcoming students' truancy behavior at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Primary data is a source of data obtained through interviews with guidance and counseling teachers regarding the implementation of group counseling behavior contract techniques in dealing with students' truant behavior at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Secondary data sources were obtained through intermediary media obtained in the form of documentation from respondents, namely guidance and counseling teachers at SMK SMT Bandar Lampung. The formulation of the problem in this research is: What is the description of the truant behavior of students at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung? How is the implementation of behavior contract technique group counseling in dealing with truant behavior at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung? What are the results of the implementation of behavior contract technique group counseling in overcoming students' truancy behavior at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung? Based on the results of research that has been carried out: 1) An overview of students' truancy behavior, namely students often leave class at certain times because they don't like certain subjects or teachers, students often don't go to school without permission, students often don't go to school with the reason is pretending to be sick so they send fake permission letters, and students often come to school late so they choose to skip class. 2) Implementation of behavior contract technique group counseling, namely guidance and counseling teachers see student attendance, look at case book notes, and the teaching and learning process in class. Guidance and counseling teachers collaborate with subject teachers to enter into behavioral contract agreements. 3) The results of the implementation of group counseling using the behavior contract technique went well because after carrying out these services and techniques the students experienced changes by no longer engaging in truancy behavior.
