Abstract

ABSTRAK Hubungan Religiusitas dan Peer Pressure Dengan Quarter Life Crisis Pada Fresh Graduate Oleh: Santika Riyanti Quarter-life crisis adalah perasaan khawatir yang hadir atas ketidakpastian kehidupan mendatang seputar relasi, karier, dan kehidupan sosial yang terjadi sekitar usia 20-an. Hal yang dihadapi ketika mengalami quarter life crisis adalah masalah terkait mimpi dan harapan, tantangan kepentingan akademis, agama dan spiritualitasnya, serta kehidupan pekerjaan dan karier. Permasalahan-permasalahan tersebut muncul ketika individu masuk pada usia 18-29 tahun atau ketika telah menyelesaikan pendidikan menengah, contohnya mahasiswa. lompatan akademis yang sering dialami oleh mahasiswa ke dunia kerja terkadang menimbulkan luka dan ketidak stabilan emosi sehingga mengalami krisis emosional. Penelitian ini berjenis kuantitatif dengan freshgraduate yang telah wisuda pada periode 3,4 dan 5 pada tahun 2023 di UIN Raden Intan Lampung yang belum memiliki pekerjaan sebagai populasi dan menggunakan teknik sampling random sampling yang melibatkan 249 freshgraduate sebagai responden. Alat ukur yang di gunakan yaitu skala quarter life crisis, religiusitas dan peer pressure. Dengan analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis data dengan bantuan software SPSS 26 for windows Analisis penelitian mengunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas dan peer pressure dengan quarter life crisis dengan nilai R = 0.348 dan nilai F = 6,390. Serta mendapatkan sumbangan efektif sebesar 12,1%. Penelitian ini menemukan adanya hubungan positif antara religiusitas dan quarter life crisis pada freshgraduate dengan sumbangan efektif sebasar 10,58%. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa ada hubungan yang negatif antara peer pressure dengan quarter life crisis pada freshgraduate dengan sumbangan efektif sebesar 1,50%. ABSTRACT The Relationship Between Religiosity and Peer Pressure With Quarter Life Crisis In Fresh Graduates By: Santika Riyanti Quarter-life crisis is a feeling of worry that is present over the uncertainty of future life around relationships, careers, and social life that occurs around the age of 20. The problems faced when experiencing quarter-life crisis are problems related to dreams and hopes, the challenges of academic interests, religion and spirituality, and work life and career. These problems arise when individuals enter at the age of 18-28 years or when they have completed secondary education, for example students. The academic leap that is often experienced by students into the world of work sometimes causes wounds and emotional instability so that they experience an emotional crisis. This research is quantitative with fresh graduates who have graduated in periods 3, 4 and 5 in 2023 at Uin Raden Intan Lampung who do not yet have a job as a population and using random sampling techniques involving 249 fresh graduates as respondents. The measuring instrument used is the quarter life crisis scale, religiosity and peer pressure. With multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique with the help of SPSS 26 for windows software. Research analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between religiosity and peer pressure with quarter life crisis with a value of R = 0.348 and a value of F = 16,390. As well as getting a contribution And get an effective contribution of 12,1%. This study found a positive relationship between religiosity and quarter life crisis in fresh graduates with an effective contribution of 10,58%. In addition, this study also found that there is a negative relationship between peer pressure and quarter life crisis in fresh graduates with an effective contribution of 1,50%.
