Abstract

ABSTRAK . Penyaluran dana zakat diberikan dalam bentuk sarana produktif sehingga dapat melepaskan kemiskinan dari ketergantungan belas-kasihan orang lain. Dengan catatan bahwa dana zakat yang diberikan mengalami perkembangan yang cukup berarti. Namun dalam penelitian ini dana yang telah diberikan kepada 20 mustahiq mengalami permasalahan, yaitu beberapa mustahiq tidak memanfaatkan dana sebaik mungkin untuk usaha ekonomi produktifnya malainkan dipergunakan untuk kebutuhan konsumtif. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumetasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu Mustahiq yang menerima bantuan dana zakat produktif dari Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung tahun 2023 per tanggal 22 Agustus 2023 – 4 Januari 2024 yaitu sebesar 100 mustahiq penerima bantuan dana zakat produktif. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20% dari 100 mustahiq yaitu 20 penerima bantuan dana zakat produktif dari Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung . Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa dampak pemberdayaan zakat produktif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi kreatif pada Baznas Kota Bandar Lampung yaitu, sudah terlaksana secara efektif sehingga keberhasilan usaha ekonomi kreatif mustahiq dapat tercapai. Namun untuk pencapaian peningkatan pendapatan ekonomi kreatif pada mustahiq belum sepenuhnya berjalan efektif, dikarenakan terdapat 7 mustahiq yang masih menggunakan dana bantuan zakat produktif kedalam kebutuhan konsumtif. ABSTRACT The distribution of zakat funds is given in the from of productive means so that poverty can be freed from dependence on the mercy of others. Note that the zakat funds provided have experienced quite significant developments. However, in this research the funds that had been given to 20 mustahiq experienced problems, namely that some mustahiq did not make the best use of the funds for their productive economic efforts but instead used them for consumptive needs. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with the types of data used are primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques are interviews, observation and documentation. The population in this study is Mustahiq who received productive zakat fund assistance from Baznas Bandar Lampung City in 2023 as of 22 August 2023 - 4 January 2024, namely 100 mustahiq recipients of productive zakat fund assistance. The sample in this study was 20% of 100 mustahiq, namely 20 recipients of productive zakat fund assistance from Baznas Bandar Lampung City. The results of the research show that the impact of empowering productive zakat on improving the creative economy at Baznas Bandar Lampung City has been implemented effectively so that the success of mustahiq creative economic efforts can be achieved. However, achieving an increase in creative economy income for mustahiq has not been fully effective, because there are 7 mustahiq who still use productive zakat aid funds for consumptive needs.
