Abstract

ABSTRAK Kultur sekolah 5S berperan dalam perbaikan mutu sekolah. Oleh sebab itu, sekolah harus memahami budayanya sebelum melakukan perbaikan mutu sekolah. Konsep sekolah ramah anak harus mempertimbangkan situasi sekolah yang melaksanakan pendidikan karakter yang vital, aman, bersih, sehat, peduli dan berbudaya, lingkungan, mampu menjamin, memenuhi, menghormati hak-hak anak dan sekolah ramah anak harus mempertimbangkan situasi sekolah yang menyelenggarakan pendidikan karakter yang vital, aman, bersih, dan sehat, peduli dan berbudaya, lingkungan hidup, mampu menjamin, memenuhi, menghormati hak dan perlindungan anak dari kekerasan, diskriminasi, dan perlakuan tidak adil lainnya, serta menjamin partisipasi anak dalam perencanaan, kebijakan, pembelajaran, pengawasan, dan mekanisme pengaduan terkait pemenuhan hak dan perlindungan anak dalam pendidikan. Penulis menyimpulkan informasi yang didapat pada wawancara pertama mengenai Sekolah Ramah Anak yaitu:(1) Bersih, aman, ramah, indah, insklusif, sehat, asri, dan nyaman. (2) Mengembangkan minat bakat seperti ekstrakulikuler di sekolah seperti: kegiatan hizbul wathan, serta mengedepankan hafidz tahfidz qur’an. (3) Kekerasan pada anak disekolah tersebut tidak di temukan, jika siswa melakukan pelanggaran-pelanggaran peraturan di sekolah, guru hanya menegur secara baik-baik kemudian di beri arahan agar tidak mengulangi kesalahan yang sama. Selanjutnya berdasarkan wawancara Kepala Sekolah pada pelaksanaan Kultur 5S SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung “Kami memang sudah melaksanakan kultur 5S sesuai dengan ajaran Al�Qur’an dan Hadits untuk segala fasilitas seperti poster kami ada, dengan mengedepankan konsep sikap religius ke siswa harapannya pengaplikasiannya tidak hanya disekolah diluar sekolah juga akan terealisasikan”. Berdasarkan fokus penelitian di atas, maka penelitian merumuskan masalah sebagai berikut: (1) Bagaimana Relevansi Kultur 5S di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung? (2) Bagaimana Implementasi Kultur 5S (Senyum, Sapa, Salam, Sopan, Santun) di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung?. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) Konsep serta relvansi SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung adalah iii mengedepankan kebersihan dan semboyan yaitu fastabiqul khairat yang artinya berlomba-lomba dalam kebaikan sebagai contoh adalah melaksanakan kegiatan yang berlandaskan ajaran para nabi. (2) Kegiatan rutin pada pada SD Muhammadiyah adalah membiasakan mencontoh para guru berdasarkan kultur 5S serta mengikuti kegiatan seperti Kepramukaan Hizbul Wathan serta sholat dhuha, hal ini berlandaskan nilai-nilai keislaman serta ketaqwaan. Kata Kunci: Relevansi, Kultur 5S, SD Muhammadiyah 1 iv ABSTRACT The 5S school culture plays a role in improving school quality. Therefore, schools must understand their culture before making improvements to school quality. The concept of child-friendly schools must consider the situation of schools that carry out character education that is vital, safe, clean, healthy, caring and cultured, environmental, able to guarantee, fulfill and respect children's rights and child-friendly schools must consider the situation of schools that provide character education that is vital, safe, clean and healthy, caring and cultured, environmentally friendly, able to guarantee, fulfill, respect children's rights and protection from violence, discrimination and other unfair treatment, as well as guarantee children's participation in planning, policy, learning, supervision, and a complaint mechanism related to the fulfillment of children's rights and protection in education. The author concludes the information obtained in the first interview regarding Child Friendly Schools, namely: (1) Clean, safe, friendly, beautiful, inclusive, healthy, beautiful and comfortable. (2) Developing talent interests such as extracurricular activities at school such as: Hizbul Wathan activities, as well as prioritizing hafidz tahfidz Qur'an. (3) Violence against children at school is not found, if students commit violations of school regulations, teachers only reprimand them carefully and then give instructions so they don't repeat the same mistakes. Furthermore, based on the Principal's interview during the implementation of the 5S Culture at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung, "We have indeed implemented the 5S culture in accordance with the teachings of the Al-Qur'an and Hadith for all facilities such as our posters, by prioritizing the concept of religious attitudes to students. We hope that the application will not only be at school outside school will also be realized. Based on the research focus above, the research formulates the problem as follows: (1) What is the relevance of 5S culture at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung? (2) How is the 5S Culture (Smile, Greet, Greeting, Polite, Polite) implemented at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung? Based on the research results, it can be concluded that: (1) The concept and relevance of SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung is to v prioritize cleanliness and the motto is fastabiqul khairat which means competing in goodness, for example carrying out activities based on the teachings of the prophets. (2) Routine activities at Muhammadiyah Elementary School include getting used to following the example of teachers based on the 5s culture and participating in activities such as Hizbul Wathan Scouting and Duha prayer, this is based on Islamic values and devotion.
