Abstract

ABSTRAK Self image atau citra diri merupakan persepsi atau gambaran yang seseorang miliki tentang dirinya sendiri. Ini mencakup pemikiran, perasaan, keyakinan, dan penilaian individu terhadap diri mereka sendiri, termasuk bagaimana mereka melihat penampilan fisik, keahlian, nilai-nilai, serta interaksi dengan orang lain. Self image dapat memengaruhi perilaku, kesehatan mental, dan hubungan seseorang dengan lingkungannya. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh layanan konseling individu teknik self instruction terhadap self image peserta didik bullying di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Single Subject Research (SSR) yang menggunakan satu subjek penelitian dengan desain penelitian A-B-A. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seorang peserta didik kelas XI APL 4 di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. Proses penelitian ini berlangsung dengan 3 tahapan. Tahapan pertama penelitian melakukan baseline A1, tahap kedua peneliti memberikan perlakukan (treatment) atau intervensi B, dan tahap terakhir yaitu tahap baseline A2. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis dalam kondisi dan analisis antar kondisi yang disajikan dalam bentuk tabel dan grafik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya perubahan perilaku yang lebih baik terhadap self image peserta didik korban bullying. Pada tahap baseline A1 terlihat perilaku self image peserta didik korban bullying rendah. Pada tahap intervensi B saat diberikan perlakuan berupa konseling individu dengan teknik self instruction menunjukkan perubahan perilaku yang lebih stabil. Kemudian tahap baseline A2 setelah diberikan intervensi menunjukkan hasil yang semakin membaik. Dengan persentase overlape sebesar 33,33% sesuai dengan kriteria overlap dimana semakin kecil hasil overlap, maka semakin baik pengaruh yang diberikan intervensi pada peserta didik korban bullying. Maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa perilaku self image pada peserta didik korban bullying di SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung mengalami perubahan ke arah yang lebih baik dengan menggunakan teknik self instruction. It includes an individual's thoughts, feelings, beliefs, and judgments about themselves, including, how they perceive their physical appearance, skills, values, and interactions with others. Self image can influence a person's behavior, mental health and relationship with their environment. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of individual counseling services using self�instruction techniques on the self-image of bullying students at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. This research uses the Single Subject Research (SSR) method which uses one research subject with an A-B-A research design. The subject of this research was a class XI APL 4 student at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung. This research process took place in 3 stages. The first stage of the research carried out baseline A1, the second stage the researcher provided treatment or intervention B, and the final stage was the baseline A2 stage. The data collection methods used were observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis uses analysis within conditions and analysis between conditions which are presented in the form of tables and graphs. Based on the research results, it shows that there is a change in behavior for the better in the self-image of students who are victims of bullying. In the baseline A1 stage, it can be seen that the self-image behavior of students who are victims of bullying is low. At intervention stage B, when treatment was given in the form of individual counseling with self-instruction techniques, behavior changes were more stable. Then the baseline A2 stage after being given the intervention showed increasingly improved results. With an overlap percentage of 33.33% in accordance with the overlap criteria, where the smaller the overlap results, the better the influence the intervention will have on students who are victims of bullying. So it can be stated that the self-image behavior of students who are victims of bullying at SMK SMTI Bandar Lampung has changed for the better by using self-instruction techniques.
