Abstract

ABSTRAK Manajemen pembelajaran program keterampilan tata busana di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung memiliki daya saing tersendiri, karena di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung satu-satunya madrasah yang memiliki program keterampilan tata busana. Program keterampilan ini bertujuan memfasilitasi peserta didik agar dapat menyalurkan minat dan bakatnya serta mempunyai bekal keahlian, sehingga akhirnya dapat mencetak lulusan yang berkualitas dan siap menghadapi berbagai tantangan hidup sedini mungkin.Penelitian inibertujuan mendeskripsikanprogram pembelajaran tahunan, dan program pembelajaran semester, rencana pelaksanaan pembelajaran dan lembar praktik peserta didik, dan kegiatan pembelajaran meliputi tatap muka, praktik di bengkel kerja, serta kegiatan praktik di dunia usaha dan dunia industri. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif desktiptif. Menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi.Uji validitas digunakan teknik triangulasi sumber dengan membandingkan informasi yang penulis dapatkan melalui beberapa sumber. Adapun informan penelitian didapatkan dari kepala madrasah, wakil kepala madrasah bidang kurikulum, dan guru. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran program keterampilan tata busana yang dikaji melalui tiga aspek yakniprogram pembelajaran tahunan, dan program semestermenyesuaikan dengan kurikulum yang berlaku dan mengikuti sesuai dengan peraturan yang telah ditetapkan. Rencana Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran telah dilaksanakan dengan baik sesuai dengan ketentuan kurikulum 2013 dan guru bidang tata busana telah berinovasi untuk mengembangkan RPP dan lembar praktik peserta didik digunakan agar lebih aktif atau terarah saat praktik serta peserta didik dapat lebih mudah memahami materi yang disampaikan oleh guru,kegiatan pembelajaran meliputi tatap mukadilaksanakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses interaksi kegiatan belajar mengajar dikelas, praktik di bengkel kerjamenyediakan peralatan yang memadai antara lain: perangkat media pendidikan, perangkat praktik keterampilan, keselamatan kerja, dan kelengkapan buku-buku untuk menunjang keberhasilan program keterampilan tata busana di MAN 2 Bandar iii iii Lampung, serta kegiatan kerja praktik di dunia usaha/industripihak sekolah sedang mengupayakan agar program tersebut dapat berjalan kembali bekerjasama dengan lembaga keterampilan menjahit yang ada di Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Pembelajaran, Program keterampilan Tata Busana iv iv ABSTRACT The learning management of the fashion skills program at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung has its own competitiveness, because at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung it is the only madrasah that has a fashion skills program. This skills program aims to facilitate students so that they can channel their interests and talents as well as have the provision of expertise, so that they can finally produce quality graduates who are ready to face various life challenges as early as possible. This study aims to describe the annual learning program and semester learning program, learning implementation plans and students' practice sheets, and learning activities including face-to-face meetings, practice in workshops, as well as practical activities in the world of business and industry. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach. Using data collection techniques carried out by way of interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity test used the source triangulation technique by comparing the information the writer got from several sources. The research informants were obtained from the head of the madrasa, deputy head of the madrasa for curriculum, and teachers. Data analysis in this study used data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the learning management of the fashion skills program was studied through three aspects, namely the annual learning program and the semester programadjust to the applicable curriculum and follow the rules that have been set. The Learning Implementation Plan has been implemented properly in accordance with the provisions of the 2013 curriculum and teachers in the fashion sector have innovated to develop lesson plans and practice sheets for students to use so that they are more active or focused during practice and students can more easily understand the material presented by the teacher, learning activities includes face-to-face meetings carried out to improve the quality of the interaction process of teaching and learning activities in class, practice in workshops providing adequate equipment including: educational media kits, skill practice kits, work safety, and completeness of books to support the success of the fashion skills program at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, as well as practical work activities in the business/industry world, the school is working on making the program work again in collaboration with sewing skill institutions in Bandar Lampung.
