Abstract

ABSTRAK Kinerja guru yang baik dapat didukung oleh beberapa faktor dan indikator. Salah satu faktornya adalah supervisi klinis kepala madrasah dimana seorang kepala madrasah harus memiliki hubungan yang baik dengan guru seperti tahap pertemuan awal yaitu pembuatan kerangka kerja yang dimana saling menciptakan suasana akrab dan terbuka antara supervisor dan guru sehingga memahami satu sama lain tujuan di adakannya supervisi klinis, tahap observasi kelas yaitu melihat atau menangkap kegiatan pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru selama keberlangsungan supervisi klinis dan tahap pertemuan akhir yaitu memaparkan data secara objektif sehingga guru dapat mengetahui kekurangan dan kelebihan selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung dengan menciptakan suasana akrab penuh persahabatan, bebas dari prasangka, dan tidak bersifat mengadili. Hasil pra penelitian di MIT Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat guru yang terlambat datang ke madrasah ataupun saat jam pembelajaran, kurang penguasaan atau pengelolaan kelas kurang baik sehingga pembelajaran di kelas kurang kondusif, masih terdapat guru yang belum menguasai metode pembelajaran, kurangnya variasi media pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh guru. Dengan rumusan masalah yaitu apakah terdapat pengaruh supervisi klinis kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MIT Muhammdiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh supervisi klinis kepala madrasah terhadap kinerja guru di MIT Muhammdiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian yaitu penelitian lapangan atau Field Research. Sedangkan populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 60 respon guru di MIT Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Dan sampel yang digunakan yaitu teknik slovin. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan angket dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas dan uji linieritas. Sedangkan uji hipotesis menggunakan teknik regresi linier sederhana. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulakn bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara Supervisi Klinis Kepala Madrasah terdahap Kinerja iii Guru di MIT Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung dengan korelasi variabel bebas dan variabel terikat adalah 0,668. Selain itu R2 sebesar 0,553 pada taraf signifikansi 5%. Hal ini berarti konstribusi variabel X (Supervisi Klinis Kepala Madrasah) terhadap variabel Y (Kinerja Guru) adalah sebesar 55,3% dan sisanya sebesar 44,7% disebabkan oleh faktor lain yang bukan menjadi fokus pembahasan dalam penelitian ini. The results of pre-research at MIT Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung show that there are still teachers who arrive late at the madrasa or during learning hours, lack mastery or poor classroom management so that learning in the classroom is not conducive, there are still teachers who have not mastered learning methods, there is a lack of variety in media. learning carried out by the teacher. With the problem formulation, namely whether there is an influence of the madrasa head's clinical supervision on teacher performance at MIT Muhammdiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of madrasa head clinical supervision on teacher performance at MIT Muhammdiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a research approach, namely field research. Meanwhile, the population in this study was 60 teacher responses at MIT Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung. And the sample used is the Slovin technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques use normality tests, homogeneity tests and linearity tests. Meanwhile, hypothesis testing uses simple linear regression techniques. The results of this research conclude that there is a positive influence between the Madrasah Head's Clinical Supervision on Teacher Performance at MIT Muhammadiyah Sukarame Bandar Lampung with the correlation between the independent variable and v the dependent variable being 0.668.
