Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebijakan Kurikulum Merdeka telah diimplementasikan secara luas sejak tahun 2022 di Indonesia, dan salah satu program dari Kurikulum Merdeka adalah Sekolah Penggerak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sudah sampai pada tahap mana implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di Indonesia dan mengetahui tantangan serta hambatan yang dialami oleh sekolah ketika menerapkan Kurikulum Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan kajian studi pustaka dengan analisis SLR (Systematic Literature Review), yang meliputi tahapan pencarian data dan pengumpulan artikel melalui Publish or Perish (PoP) dan data base Google Scholar, penyaringan artikel, penilaian kualitas dan kelayakan artikel, serta analisis dan klasifikasi data. Berdasarkan tahapan tersebut, diperoleh sebelas artikel jurnal terakreditasi SINTA dan terbit pada tahun 2022 hingga 2023. Proses Klasifikasi dan analisis pada artikel menunjukan bahwa implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka pada pembelajaran biologi di sekolah penggerak di jenjang SMA sudah berada di tahap antara awal, berkembang, dan siap, namun belum mencapai tahap mahir. Adapun bentuk tantangan serta hambatan yang sering dialami sekolah saat proses implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka yaitu; guru dan peserta didik yang masih kurang memahami konsep merdeka belajar, pemanfaatan fasilitas dan sarana-prasarana belum maksimal, alokasi waktu yang tidak efisien, keberagaman peserta didik, dan pengerjaan proyek dalam pembelajaran biologi yang belum optimal. Kata kunci: Kurikulum Merdeka; Pembelajaran Biologi; Sekolah Penggerak; Systematic Literature Review iv ABSTRACT The Independent Curriculum policy has been widely implemented since 2022 in Indonesia, and one of the programs of the Independent Curriculum is the Driving School. This study aims to determine at what stage the implementation of the Independent Curriculum in Indonesia has reached and to find out the challenges and obstacles experienced by schools when implementing this Curriculum. This research uses a literature review with SLR (Systematic Literature Review) analysis, which includes the stages of data search and article collection through the Publish or Perish (PoP) and Google Scholar data base, article screening, quality assessment and article eligibility, and data analysis and classification. Based on these stages, eleven SINTA-accredited journal articles were obtained and published in 2022 to 2023. The classification and analysis process in the article shows that the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum in biology learning in driving schools at the high school level is at the intermediate, developing, and ready stages, but has not yet reached the advanced stage. The forms of challenges and obstacles that schools often experience during the process of implementing the Merdeka Curriculum are; teachers and students who still do not understand the concept of independent learning, the utilization of facilities and infrastructure is not optimal, inefficient time allocation, student diversity, and project work in biology learning that is not optimal.
