Abstract

ACADEMIC BURNOUT DITINJAU DARI PERFEKSIONISME DAN SELF-EFFICACY Liana Sari, Andi Thahir, Faisal Adnan Reza Universitas Islam Negeri Raden Intan Lampung Email : anailsari123@gmail.com ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat hubungan antara perfeksonisme dan self-efficacy terhadap adademic burnout. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa sekolah menengah atas sekaligus santri boarding school di daerah Bandar Lampung. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel 170 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis regresi linier berganda dengan JASP. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan antara perfeksonisme dan terhadap academic burnout dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar 0,568 dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,001 (p<0.01). sedangkan untuk hubungan antara self-efficacy terhadap academic burnout memiliki hubungan negatif signifikan dengan nilai koefisien korelasi (R) sebesar -0,399 dengan signifikasi sebesar 0,001 (p<0.01). Sumbangan efektif dari variabel perfeksionisme terhadap variabel academic burnout sebesar 28%. Sedangkan, sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh self-efficacy terhadap variabel academic bunrout sebesar 5%. Artinya, didapatkan kesimpulan berupa semakin tinggi perfeksionisme maka akan semakin tinggi academic burnout, begitupun sebaliknya. Selanjutnya, semakin tinggi self-efficacy maka akan semakin rendah academic burnout, dan begitupun sebaliknya. Kata Kunci : Academic Burnout, Perfeksionisme, Self-Efficacy 2 ABSTRACT The study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between perfectionism and self-efficacy on academic burnout. The subjects of study were high school students as well as boarding school students in the Bandar Lampung area. This type of research uses quantitative methods. Sampling using purposive sampling method with a total sample of 170 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis techniques with JASP. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive relationship between perfectionism and academic burnout with a correlation coefficient (R) of 0.568 wth a significance of 0.001 (p<0.01). While for the relationship between negative self-efficacy and academic burnout has a significant negative relationship with a correlation coefficient (R) of -0.399 with a significance of 0.001 (p<0.01). The effective contribution of the perfectionism variable to the academic burnout variable is 28%. Meanwhile, the effective contribution given by self�efficacy to the academic burnout variable is 5%. That is, the conclusion is obtained that the higher the perfectionism, the higher the academic burnout, and vice versa. However, the higher the self�efficacy, the lower the academic burnout, and vice versa. Keywords : Academic Burnout, Perfectionism, Self-Efficacy
