Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi berdasarkan data lapangan yang ditemukan bahwa MAN 2 merupakan madrasah satu-satunya di Lampung yang menyelenggarakan program vocational skill dan peserta didik di MAN 2 terampil, dan produktif karena umumnya madrasah di Lampung hanya membekali pengetahuan ilmu agama sedangkan di madrasah tersebut peserta didiknya juga diberi pengetahuan ketrampilan untuk bekal mereka menghadapi dunia usaha setelah lulus dari madrasah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen vocational skill peserta didik di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field research). Teknik pengumpulan data melalui yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Peneliti telah menganalisis data yang telah ditemukan dilapangan dengan menguji keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Data yang diperoleh peneliti terhadap informan di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung yang berkaitan dengan Manajemen vocational skill peserta didik meliputi Perencanaan, Pengorganisasian, Pelaksanaan dan Pengawasan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa manajemen vocational skill peserta didik di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung sudah pada taraf ideal dilihat dari Pertama, tahap perencanaan meliputi: Persiapan SDM, persiapan peserta didik, persiapan sarana dan prasarana. Temuan lapangan pada tahap perencanaan diaspek penganggaran mengakibatkan guru kurang memaksimalkan kegiatan pembelajaran praktik. Kedua, temuan lapangan pada tahap pengorganisasian diaspek SDM kurangnya guru ketrampilan untuk mengajar di LAB otomotif dan Elektronik dikarenakan perekrutan SDM guru melalui penunjukkan langsung dari kementerian agama dan di aspek hubungan kerjasama dengan pihak luar madrasah ternyata terdapat kendala ada beberapa program yang tidak terlaksana di 3 tahun terakhir. Ketiga, temuan lapangan pada tahap pelaksanaan di aspek pelaksanaan kegiatan praktek kerja lapangan ternyata tidak terlaksana di 3 tahun terakhir yaitu PKL dan Uji kompetensi karena terbatasnya anggaran madrasah yang tidak memungkinkan program tersebut berjalan sehingga kompetensi peserta didik kurang maksimal terlihat dibagian praktik lapangan. Keempat, temuan lapangan pada tahap pengawasan di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung ada 2 pihak yang terlibat yaitu pihak intern dan ektern. Berdasarkan data diatas bahwa pengawasan terhadap program kerja ketrampilan dilihat dari beberapa aspek diatas ternyata data yang ditemukan berdasarkan batasan penelitian di 3 tahun terakhir vocational skill peserta didik di MAN 2 Bandar Lampung terdapat beberapa aspek yang tidak terlaksana sehingga program ketrampilan di madrasah tersebut berjalan secara kurang maksimal. ABSTRACT This research was based on field data which found that MAN 2 is the only madrasa in Lampung which organizes a vocational skills program and students at MAN 2 are skilled and productive because generally madrasas in Lampung only provide knowledge of religious knowledge whereas in this madrasa the students They are also given knowledge and skills to equip them to face the business world after graduating from madrasah. The aim of this research is to find out how students' vocational skills are managed at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung. This research approach was descriptive qualitative with the type of field research. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation. Researchers have analyzed the data that has been found in the field by testing the validity of the data using source triangulation. Data obtained by researchers from informants at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung related to vocational management skills of students including Planning, Organizing, Implementing and Supervising. The results of this research show that the vocational skills management of students at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung was at an ideal level seen from the first, planning stage including: HR preparation, student preparation, facilities and infrastructure preparation. Field findings at the planning stage in the budgeting aspect resulted in teachers not maximizing practical learning activities. Second, field findings at the organizing stage in the human resources aspect are the lack of skilled teachers to teach in the automotive and electronics LAB due to the recruitment of teacher human resources through direct appointment from the Ministry of Religion and in the aspect of cooperative relations with parties outside the madrasah, it turns out there are obstacles, there are several programs that have not been implemented in 3 years. final. Third, field findings at the implementation stage in the aspect of implementing practical field work activities were not implemented in the last 3 years, namely PKL and competency tests due to the limited madrasah budget which did not allow the program to run so that students' competence was less than optimal as seen in the field practice section. Fourth, field findings at the monitoring stage at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung were that there were 2 parties involved, namely internal and external parties. Based on the data above, supervision of the skills work program is seen from several aspects above, it turns out that the data found is based on research limitations in the last 3 years of student vocational skills at MAN 2 Bandar Lampung, there are several aspects that are not implemented so that the skills program at the madrasa is running less than optimally.
