Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Citra Madrasah Terhadap Keputusan Peserta Didik Melanjutkan Pendidikan di MAN 1 Lampung Tengah tahun ajaran 2023/2024. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti gunakan yaitu penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan Teknik Random Sampling dengan menggunakan rumus Slovin. Populasi yang terdapat dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 427 Peserta Didik Kelas 10 MAN 1 Lampung Tengah. Teknik pengumpulan data penelitian ini menggunakan angket (kuesioner) yang disebar ke 207 Peserta Didik Kelas 10 MAN 1 Lampung Tengah. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dilihat dari thitung sebesar 4.587 dengan signifikasi 0,00 sedangkan ttabel dengan dk = n-2 yaitu 205 dan α 0,05 yaitu 1,652 dengan demikian thitung > ttabel atau 4.587 > 1,652 dan signifikasi 0,00 < 0,05, maka Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima. Berdasarkan hasil diatas diperoleh koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,307 dan konstanta sebesar 37.458. Angka ini mengandung arti bahwa setiap peningkatan 1% Citra madrasah (X), maka Minat Peserta Didik (Y) meningkat 0,307. Pada koefisien determinasi (R Square) bahwa citra madrasah berpengaruh positif terhadap minat peserta didik sebesar 28,7% sedangkan sisanya 71,3% dipengaruhi faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diatas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa citra madrasah menjadi variabel bebas dalam penetian ini berpengaruh signifikan dengan minat peserta didik untuk melanjutkan pendidikan di MAN 1 Lampung Tengah. Adapun rekomendasi yang dapat penulis berikan yaitu (1) Bagi MAN 1 Lampung Tengah haru selalu meningkatkan citra madrasah dengan lebih maksimal lagi. meningkatkan mutu pendidikan, layanan, dan menyajikan bentuk publikasi pada masyarakat luar dengan lebih baik dan menarik. The type of research that researchers use is quantitative research. This research uses Random Sampling Technique using the Slovin formula. The population in this study was 427 Class 10 students at MAN 1 Central Lampung. Based on the results above, a correlation coefficient of 0.307 and a constant of 37,458 were obtained. This figure means that for every 1% increase in madrasa image (X), student interest (Y) increases by 0.307. The coefficient of determination (R Square) shows that the image of the madrasah has a positive effect on student interest by 28.7%, while the remaining 71.3% is influenced by other factors that were not studied. Based on the research results above, it can be concluded that the image of the madrasa as an independent variable in this research has a significant effect on students’ interest in continuing their education at MAN 1 Central Lampung. The recommendations that the author can give are (1) For MAN 1 Lampung Tengah, it is important to always improve the image of the madrasah even more optimally.
