Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh aspek kehidupan pelajar. Perkembangan zaman seperti sekarang ini banyak terjadi krisis dalam lingkungan pelajar, seperti jatuhnya moral para pelajar. Sebagai lembaga pendidikan, Madrasah Aliyah juga memiliki beberapa masalah yang sama dengan lembaga pendidikan umum. Salah satu masalah yang terjadi di Madrasah Aliyah adalah perilaku menyimpang para pelajar seperti tidak mematuhi tata tertib sekolah, suka membolos, berkata kasar, tidur saat jam pelajaran berlangsung dan sebagainya. Usaha untuk menanggulangi perilaku negatif pada pelajar maka berperanlah organisasi Islam yang menjadi wadah bagi para pelajar untuk saling menjaga diri dan berinteraksi sosial positif. IPPNU bergerak dalam bidang pembinaan akhlakul karimah pelajar yang bertujuan untuk menjaga dan mengatur perilaku atau moral pelajar pada zaman sekarang. Jenis penelitian dalam skripsi ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) yang bersifat deskriptif kualitatif. Adapun pengumpulan data yang penulis gunakan adalah metode wawancara, metode observasi dan metode dokumentasi. Adapun rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Bagaimana Penerapan Pola Komunikasi Komisariat IPPNU dalam Pembinaan Akhlak Pelajar di MA Raudlatul Huda Al-Islamy Desa Sidomulyo Kecamatan Negeri Katon Kabupaten Pesawaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi yang digunakan oleh pembina IPPNU dalam membina akhlak pelajar di MA Raudlatul Huda Al-Islamy sudah cukup baik. Adapun jenis pola komunikasi yang digunakan oleh pembina IPPNU adalah pola komunikasi satu arah dan pola komunikasi dua arah. Dengan metode pembinaan akhlak melalui metode pembiasaan, keteladanan, nasihat dan hukuman. Hasil dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pola komunikasi pembina IPPNU dalam membina akhlak, sudah tercipta dengan baik, karena bisa dilihat dari hasil wawancara dan observasi dari 10 orang pelajar hanya ada dua pelajar yang mempunyai akhlak kurang baik. In today's development, there are many crises in the student environment, such as the decline in student morale. As an educational institution, Madrasah Aliyah also has some of the same problems as general educational institutions. One of the problems that occurs at Madrasah Aliyah is the deviant behavior of students such as not obeying school rules, playing truant, speaking rudely, sleeping during class hours and so on. In an effort to overcome negative behavior among students, Islamic organizations play a role as a forum for students to look after each other and have positive social interactions. IPPNU operates in the field of developing student morals which aims to maintain and regulate student behavior or morals today. The type of research in this thesis is field research which is descriptive qualitative in nature. The data collection that the author uses is the interview method, observation method and documentation method. The problem formulation in this research is How to Apply the Communication Patterns of the IPPNU Commissariat in the Development of Student Morals at MA Raudlatul Huda Al-Islamy, Sidomulyo Village, Negeri Katon District, Pesawaran Regency. The results of the research show that the communication patterns used by IPPNU supervisors in developing student morals at MA Raudlatul Huda Al-Islamy are quite good. The types of communication patterns used by IPPNU coaches are one-way communication patterns and two-way communication patterns. With the method of moral development through habituation, example, advice and punishment. The results of this research can be concluded that the implementation of the IPPNU supervisor's communication pattern in developing morals has been created well, because it can be seen from the results of interviews and observations of 10 students that there were only two students who had poor morals.
