Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis adalah kemampuan untuk menyelesaikan suatu masalah matematis secara terstruktur melalui beberapa tahapan Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. Berdasarkan pra penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung masih rendah. Penulis tertarik untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Practice Rehearsal Pairs terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis siswa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian Quasy Experimental, sampel penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Materi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Relasi dan Fungsi. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis dan tes kemampuan Self Regulation Learning berupa soal uraian. Teknik analisis data penelitian ini adalah analisis varian dua jalan dengan sel tak sama. Hasil analisis dengan taraf signifikasi 5% dapat disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Practice Rehearsal Pairs terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, (2) Terdapat pengaruh kemampuan Self Regulation Learning terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis, (3) tidak terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran Practice Rehearsal Pairs dan kemampuan Self Regulation Learning siswa terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah matematis. This research will be carried out at SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. Based on pre-research, it shows that the mathematical problem solving ability of SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung is still low. The author is interested in implementing this learning model. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of the Practice Rehearsal Pairs learning model on students' mathematical problem solving abilities. This research is a Quasy Experimental research, the sample of this research is class VIII students of SMP Negeri 5 Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used was the Cluster Random Sampling technique. The material used in this research is Relations and Function. The instruments used to collect data were a mathematical problem solving ability test and a Self Regulation Learning ability test in the form of essay questions. The data analysis technique for this research is two-way variance analysis with unequal cells. The results of the analysis with a significance level of 5% can be concluded that: (1) There is an influence of the Practice Rehearsal Pairs learning model on mathematical problem solving abilities, (2) There is an influence of Self Regulation Learning abilities on mathematical problem solving abilities, (3) there is no interaction between the models Practice Rehearsal Pairs learning and students' Self Regulation Learning abilities towards mathematical problem solving abilities.
