Abstract

ABSTRAK Kemampuan komunikasi matematis adalah kemampuan siswa dalam menyampaikan ide baik secara lisan maupun tulisan. Berdasarkan pra penelitian yang telah dilakukan di SMPN 1 Melinting telihat bahea kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik masih rendah, hal tersebut ditunjukkan oleh hasil pretest kemampuan komunikasi matematis. Peserta didik yang memperoleh nilai dibawah KKM dengan nilai sebanyak dari peserta didik. Peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan model pembelajaran yang dapat meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan dengan mengontrol literasi matematis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran argument driven inquiry dan literasi matematis Terhadap Kemampuan komunikasi Matematis Peserta Didik. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian Quasi Experimental Design dengan rancangan penelitian faktorial . Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas VIII 3 SMPN 1 Melinting. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang diterapkan adalah cluster random sampling dengam materi pola bilangan. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data adalah tes kemampuan komunikasi matematis dan tes Literasi matematis. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan analysis of covariance (one�way ancova), dengan taraf signifikan diperoleh (1) sehingga ditolak dan diterima. dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Argument driven Inquiry terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik dengan mengontrol literasi matematis.(2) , sehingga ditolak dan diterima. disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh variabel kovariat terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. (3) , sehingga ditolak dan diterima. disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh secara simultan model pembelajaran Argument Driven Inquiry dan literasi matematis terhadap kemampuan komunikasi matematis peserta didik. Kata kunci: Argument driven Inquiry, literasi matematis Dan Kemampuan komunikasi Matematis Peserta Didik. iv ABSTRACT Mathematical communication skills are students' ability to convey ideas both orally and in writing. Based on pre-research conducted at SMPN 1 Melinting, it can be seen that students' mathematical communication skills are still low, this is shown by the results of the mathematical communication ability pretest. Students who scored below the KKM scored 78 out of 90 students. Researchers are interested in implementing learning models that can improve mathematical communication skills and by controlling mathematical literacy. This research aims to determine the influence of the argument driven inquiry learning model and mathematical literacy on students' mathematical communication abilities. This research is a Quasi Experimental Design type of research with a factorial research design. The sample in this research was students of class VIII 3 SMPN 1 Melinting. The sampling technique applied was cluster random sampling with number pattern material. The instruments used to collect data were a mathematical communication ability test and a mathematical literacy test. Hypothesis testing uses analysis of covariance (one-way ancova), with a significance level of 5% obtained (1) so that is rejected and is accepted. It can be concluded that there is an influence of the Argument Driven Inquiry learning model on students' mathematical communication skills by controlling mathematical literacy. (2) , so is rejected and is accepted. It was concluded that there was an influence of covariate variables on students' mathematical communication skills. (3) , so is rejected and is accepted. It was concluded that there was a simultaneous influence of the Argument Driven Inquiry learning model and mathematical literacy on students' mathematical communication abilities.
