Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran SETS (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) Berbasis Moodle Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis dan Kemandirian Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas X IPA di SMA Oleh Ellizha Aprilla Harahap Peserta didik di sekolah tersebut masih kurang berlatih secara mandiri perihal belajar dikelas maupun diluar kelas. Dan untuk kemampuan berpikir kritis nya juga masih tergolong rendah karena keterbatasan fasilitas disekolahan dan juga peserta didik masih kurang aktif dalam berkreatif dan bereksplorasi tentang apa yang sudah disampaikan oleh guru nya sehingga membuat para peserta didik cenderung hanya mendengarkan penjelasan dari guru tersebut tanpa berbantuan fisik lainnya seperti e-learning atau Moodle. Sehingga, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran SETS (science, environment, technology, and society) berbasis moodle terhadap berpikir kritis dan kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Quasy Experiment design dengan pendekatan kuantitatif, yang mana peneliti menggunakan dua kelompok kelas yaitu kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol dengan total ada 58 peserta didik sebagai sampel. Peneliti menggunakan tes dan kuesioner dalam pengumpulan data ini. Adapun kelas eksperimen dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X.5 dan kelas kontrol nya adalah kelas X.8 Dari hasil pengumpulan data peneliti dapat menyimpulkan hasil sebagai berikut : Hasil uji hipotesis bahwa terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran SETS (science, environment, technology, and society) berbasis moodle terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis peserta didik kelas X IPA SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. Sedangkan untuk rumusan masalah kedua di dapati terdapat pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran SETS (science, environment, technology, and society) berbasis moodle terhadap Kemandirian belajar peserta didik kelas X SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung. Kata Kunci : SETS, Moodle, Kemampuan berpikir kritis, Kemandirian Belajar iii ABSTRACT The Influence of the SETS (Science, Environment, Technology and Society) Learning Model Based on Moodle on the Critical Thinking Ability and Learning Independence of Class X Science Students in High School By Ellizha Aprilla Harahap Students at these schools still lack independent practice regarding learning in class and outside of class. And the ability to think critically is still relatively low due to limited facilities at school and students are still less active in being creative and exploring what the teacher has said, making students tend to only listen to the teacher's explanation without other physical assistance such as e�learning or Moodle. So, the aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the Moodle-based SETS (science, environment, technology, and society) learning model on the critical thinking and learning independence of class X students at SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung. This research uses the Quasy Experiment design research method with a quantitative approach, where the researcher uses two class groups, namely the experimental class and the control class with a total of 58 students as samples. Researchers used tests and questionnaires in collecting this data. The experimental class in this research is class X.5 and the control class is class X.8 From the results of data collection, researchers can conclude the following results: Hypothesis test results show that there is an influence of using the Moodle-based SETS (science, environment, technology and society) learning model on the critical thinking abilities of class X Science students at SMA Negeri 6 Bandar Lampung. Meanwhile, for the second problem formulation, it was found that there was an influence of the use of the Moodle-based SETS (science, environment, technology and society) learning model on the learning independence of class X students at SMAN 6 Bandar Lampung.
