Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kemampuan literasi sains dan minat belajar peserta didik yang masih rendah, sebagaimana keadaan di lapangan yang ditemui bahwa dalam proses pembelajaran masih kurang ditekankan untuk berdiskusi dalam mengidentifikasi masalah sehingga peserta didik belum mempunyai kesadaran diri dalam belajar untuk mencari dengan sendirinya apa yang belum mereka ketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk megetahui pengaruh model Resource Based Learning berbasis E-Journal terhadap kemampuan literasi sains dan minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran Biologi. Penelitian ini menerapkan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan dengan metode Quasy Experimental. Teknik pengumpulan sampel menggunakan Cluster Random Sampling dari seluruh peserta didik kelas XII di salah satu SMA Negeri yang ada di Bandar Lampung, didapatkan sampel yaitu kelas XII IPA 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas XII IPA 3 sebagai kelas kontrol. Pengumpulan data dilakukan hanya satu kali yaitu diakhir (posttest) menggunakan instrumen penelitian berupa soal tes kemampuan literasi sains yang telah dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, tingkat kesukaran, dan daya beda dan angket minat belajar dengan skala likert yang telah dilakukan uji validitas dan reliabilitas sehingga instrumen sudah layak untuk digunakan. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t test karena data berdistribusi normal dan homogen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan model Resource Based Learning berbasis E-Journal terhadap kemampuan literasi sains dan minat belajar peserta didik dengan perolehan nilai signifikan 0,00 < 0,05. Kesimpulannya yaitu (1) Terdapat pengaruh model Resource Based Learning berbasis E�Journal terhadap kemampuan literasi sains peserta didik kelas XII SMA. (2) Terdapat pengaruh model Resource Based Learning berbasis E-Journal terhadap minat belajar biologi peserta didik kelas XII SMA Kata Kunci: Kemampuan Literasi Sains, Resource Based Learning, E-Journal, Minat Belajar, Pembelahan Sel iii ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the ability of science literacy and the interest in learning of students who were still low, as the situation in the field was found that in the learning process there was still less emphasis to discuss in identifying problems so that students did not have self-awareness in learning to find by themselves what they did not know. This study aims to determine the influence of the E-Journal�based Resource Based Learning model on science literacy skills and students' learning interest in Biology subjects. This research applies a quantitative approach with the Quasy Experimental method. The sample collection technique uses Cluster Random Sampling from all class XII students in one of the State High Schools in Bandar Lampung, samples were obtained, namely class XII Science 1 as an experimental class and class XII Science 3 as a control class. Data collection was carried out only once, namely at the end (posttest) using research instruments in the form of science literacy ability test questions that had been tested for validity, reliability, level of difficulty, and differentiation and learning interest questionnaires with Likert scales that had been tested for validity and reliability so that the instrument was suitable for use. Data analysis techniques use t tests because the data is normally distributed and homogeneous. The results showed that there was a significant influence of the E-Journal-based Resource Based Learning model on the ability of science literacy and student learning interest with significant scores of 0.00 < 0.05. The conclusion is (1) There is an influence of the E�Journal-based Resource Based Learning model on the science literacy ability of grade XII high school students.
