Abstract

ABSTRAK Penilaian penting dilakukan sebagai suatu proses untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisa dan menginterpretasi informasi untuk mengetahui tingkat pencapaian tujuan pembelajaran oleh peserta didik. Terdapat dua jenis alat penilaian dalam kurikulum 2013 yaitu penilaian tes dan penilaian non tes. Penilaian tes adalah yang paling sering digunakan guru untuk mengukur kemampuan peserta didik dibandingkan dengan penilaian non tes. Sistem penilaian yang baik akan mampu memberikan gambaran tentang kualitas pembelajaran sehingga pada gilirannya akan mampu membantu pengajar merencanakan strategi pembelajaran. Namun dalam proses penilaian peserta didik tentunya ada hal-hal yang menjadi kendala dalam prosesnya seperti yang terjadi dalam penilaian non tes. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kesulitan guru biologi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu dalam mengimplementasi penilaian non tes. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu lembar wawancara dan observasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini melibatkan guru biologi di ketiga SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu yang masih menggunakan kurikulum 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi penilaian non tes di ketiga SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu ini masih mengalami kesulitan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan hasil presentase rata-rata yaitu 78,3% dengan kriteria sulit. Kesulitan-kesulitan yang berhasil dianalisis peneliti melalui penelitian ini diantaranya alokasi waktu yang kurang, jumlah peserta didik yang kurang ideal perkelasnya sehingga membuat penilaian menjadi kurang objektif, keterbatasan alat dan bahan untuk melaksanakan penilaian psikomotorik,serta kurangnya pengetahuan guru dalam membuat instrument penilaian non tes dikarenakan faktor usia. Dari penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa implementasi penilaian non tes SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Pringsewu masih banyak mengalami kesulitan. Tere are two types of assessments in the 2013 curriculum, namely test assessment and non-test assessment. Test assessments are what teachers most often use to measure students abilities compared to non-test assessments. A good assessment system will be able to provide an overview of the quality of learning so that in turn it will be able to help teachers plan learning strategies. However, in the student assessment process, of course there are things that become obstacles in the process, such as what happens in non-test assessments. This research aims to find out how difficult it is for public high school biology teachers in Pringsewu Regency to implement non-test assessments. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The research methods used in this research are questionare, interview and observation sheets. the subjects in this research involved biology teachers as three public high schools in Pringsewu Regency which were still using the 2013 curriculum. The research results show that the implementation of non-test assessments in the three public high school in Pringsewu Regency is still experiencing diffulties. This is shown by the average percentage results of 78,3% with difficult criteria. The difficulties that researchers have successfully analyzed through this research include insuffcients time allocation, a less than ideal number of students per class, which makes the assessments less objective, limited tools and materials for carrying out psychomotor assessment, and a lack of teachers knowledge in making non-test assessments instruments due to age factor. From this research it can be concluded that the implementation of non-test assessments for State High Schools in Pringsewu Regency is still experiencing many difficulties.
