Abstract

ABSTRAK Self control adalah teknik pengendalian perilaku individu yang mengakibatkan sebuah perubahan bagi perilaku yang dapat dikendalikan. minat belajar adalah ketertarikan individu terhadap proses belajar yang sedang ia lakukan dengan cara memusatkan perhatiannya kepada hal tersebut secara maksimal dan dengan konsentrasi utuh serta menjauhkan pikiran dari segala hal-hal yang dapat mengganggu proses belajar. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Layanan Konseling Kelompok Dengan Teknik Self Control Terhadap Minat Belajar Peserta Didik Kelas XI IPA di SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian pre�eksperimental dengan desain ne group pretest-posttest yaitu dengan adanya satu kelompok yang diberi perlakuan dan dibandingkan keduanya sebelum diberikan perlakuan. Kuesioner minat belajar yang terdiri dari 25 item dengan 4 pilihan jawaban yang bergerak dari 1-4, sehingga diperoleh rentang minimum adalah 25x1 maximum adalah 25x4, sehingga luas jarak sebarannya adalah 100-25. Berdasarkan data 6 peserta didik yang mengalami masalah minat belajar. Mean dari skor minat belajar pada 6 peserta didik tersebut yaitu 45,3 dan dapat dinilai bahwa kategori rendah. Untuk membuktikan uji hipotesis pada penelitian ini maka dilakukan pengujian dengan menggunakan uji wilxocon signed tenks test. dapat dijelaskan bahwa Negative Ranks memperoleh nilai 6 dengan Mean Rank 3.00 dan Sum Rank 15.00. yang artinya nilai 6 menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penaikan minat belajar pada peserta didik. Kemudian untuk Positif Ranks diketahui memiliki nilai 1 dengan Mean Rank 6.00 dan Sum Ranks 6.00 yang artinya 6 orang peserta didik mengalami penaikan minat belajar setelah diberikan layanan konseling kelompok dengan teknik self control. Berdasarkan output test statistic diatas, menunjukkan nilai Zhitung sebesar -.954. Nilai Zhitung -.954 Ztabel 1.96 berarti H diterima. Nilai asymp.Sig (2-tailed) yang diperoleh 0.340. Niali asymp.Sig (2-tailed) 0.340 0.05 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa H diterima. Dengan demikian, terdapat perbedaan antara hasil pretest dan posttest sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengarruh teknik self control dalam meningkatkan minat belajar pada peserta didik XI IPA 3 di SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung. Interest in learning is an individual's interest in the learning process that he is carrying out by focusing his attention on it maximally and with complete concentration and keeping his mind away from all things that can interfere with the learning process. The aim of this research is to determine the effect of group counseling services using self-control techniques on the learning interest of class XI science students at SMA Negeri 12 Bandar Lampung. This research uses a type of pre-experimental research with a ne group pretest-posttest design, namely where one group is given treatment and the two are compared before being given treatment. The learning interest questionnaire consists of 25 items with 4 answer choices ranging from 1-4, so that the minimum range is 25x1, the maximum is 25x4, so the wide range is 100-25. Based on data from 6 students who experienced problems with interest in learning. The mean of the learning interest scores for the 6 students is 45,3 and can be considered in the low category. To prove the hypothesis test in this research, testing was carried out using the Wilxocon signed tenks test. It can be explained that Negative Ranks get a value of 6 with a Mean Rank of 3.00 and a Sum Rank of 15.00. which means a score of 6 indicates that there is an increase in students' interest in learning. Then for Positive Ranks it is known to have a value of 1 with a Mean Rank of 6.00 and Sum Ranks of 6.00, which means that 6 students experienced an increase in their interest in learning after being provided with group counseling services using self-control techniques. Based on the statistical test output above, it shows a Zcount value of -.954. The value Zcount -.954 Ztable 1.96 means H is accepted. The asymp.Sig (2-tailed) value obtained is 0.340. Asymp.Sig value (2-tailed) 0.340 0.05 then it can be concluded that H is accepted. Thus, there is a difference between the pretest and posttest results so it can be concluded that there is an influence of self-control techniques in increasing interest in learning in XI IPA 3 students at SMAN 12 Bandar Lampung.
