Abstract

ABSTRAK AB-Mix merupakan salah satu pupuk yang dapat dijadikan larutan hara pada sistem hidroponik Permasalahan saat ini penggunaan AB-Mix memerlukan biaya relatif tinggi. Masyarakat umum memandang bahwa teknologi secara hidroponik memiliki nilai ekonomi yang cukup besar dalam perawatan dan harga pupuk. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan memanfaatkan limbah organik menjadi pupuk eco-enzyme menjadi nutrisi organik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian eco-enzyme dan AB-Mix terhadap pertumbuhan bayam brazil (Alternanthera sissoo Hort) hidroponik menggunakan sistem wick. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sendang Rejo Kecamatan Sendang Agung Kabupaten Lampung Tengah. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Rancangan Acak Lengkap 2 Faktor, faktor pertama AB-Mix yaitu K1= (2,5 ml), K2= (5 ml), faktor kedua eco-enzyme yaitu E1= (5 ml), E2= (10 ml), E3= (15 ml), dan E4= (20 ml), dengan 3 kali ulangan. Parameter yang diamati antara lain tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, jumlah cabang, lebar daun, berat basah dan berat kering tanaman, panjang akar. Data yang dianalisis menggunakan uji Two Way ANOVA dengan uji lanjutan DMRT 5% menyatakan bahwa pemberian antara AB-Mix dan eco�enzyme pada tanaman memberikan hasil terbaik pada perlakuan AB�Mix 5ml + eco-enzyme 10 ml. Kata Kunci: AB-Mix, bayam brazil, eco-enzyme. iv ABSTRACT AB-Mix is a fertilizer that can be used as a nutrient solution in hydroponic systems. The current problem is that using AB-Mix requires relatively high costs. The general public views that hydroponic technology has considerable economic value in terms of maintenance and fertilizer prices. To overcome this problem by utilizing organic waste into eco-enzyme fertilizer into organic nutrients. The aim of this research was to determine the effect of giving of eco-enzyme and AB-Mix on the growth of hydroponic Brazilian spinach (Alternanthera sissoo Hort) using a wick system. This research was carried out in Sendang Rejo Village, Sendang Agung District, Central Lampung Regency. The method used in this research was a 2 Factor Completely Randomized Design, the first factor AB-Mix, namely K1= (2.5 ml), K2= (5 ml), the second factor eco-enzyme, namely E1= (5 ml), E2= (10 ml), E3= (15 ml), and E4= (20 ml), with 3 repetitions. The parameters observed include plant height, number of leaves, number of branches, leaf width, wet and dry weight of the plant, root length. Data analyzed using the Two Way ANOVA test with the 5% DMRT follow-up test stated that the combination of AB-Mix and eco-enzyme in plants gave the best results in treatment AB-Mix 5ml + eco-enzyme 10 ml.
