Abstract

ABSTRAK Pembangunan adalah suatu perubahan mendasar ke arah kondisi yang lebih baik melalui berbagai upaya yang terencana dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Ketimpangan sendiri mengacu pada standar hidup yang relatif terhadap masyarakat. Penyebab ketimpangan antar wilayah di Provinsi Lampung juga tidak hanya pada pertumbuhan ekonomi tetapi juga terjadi pada perbedaan kandungan sumber daya alam, sumber daya manusia dalam hal ini tenaga kerja, investasi yang berbeda-beda antar wilayah, mobilitas barang dan jasa, alokasi dana bantuan pembangunan anatar wilayah, dan konsentrasi kegiatan ekonomi wilayah. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini yaitu Apakah Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung periode 2017-2022? Apakah Sumber daya alam berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung periode 2017-2022? Apakah pengaruh dana perimbangan dan sumber daya alam berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi menurut perspektif ekonomi islam? Dan tujuan penelitian ini Mengetahui Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung periode 2017-2022.Mengetahui apakah Sumber daya alam berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi Provinsi Lampung periode 2017-2022. Mengetahui apakah pengaruh dana perimbangan dan sumber daya alam berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi menurut perspektif ekonomi islam Dalam penelitian ini Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang berasal dari data BPS Provinsi Lampung priode 2017-2022 yang bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan menguji pengaruh tenaga kerja, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan infrastruktur baik secara parsial dan simultan terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi. Hasil data yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa variabel dana perimbangan berpengaruh positif terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Dan sumber daya alam memperoleh tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketimpangan pembangunan ekonomi di Provinsi Lampung. Dalam pandangan sistem ekonomi Islam, buruknya distribusi kekayaan di tengah masyarakat itulah yang membuat timbulnya kemiskinan dan ketimpangan ekonomi. The formulation of the research problem is: Does the Balancing Fund have an effect on the inequality of economic development in Lampung Province for the 2017-2022 period? Do natural resources influence the inequality of economic development in Lampung Province for the 2017-2022 period? Does the influence of balancing funds and natural resources have an influence on economic development inequality according to an Islamic economic perspective? And the aim of this research is to find out whether the Balancing Fund influences the inequality of economic development in Lampung Province for the 2017- 2022 period. To find out whether natural resources influence the inequality of economic development in Lampung Province for the 2017- 2022 period. To find out whether the influence of balancing funds and natural resources has an effect on inequality in economic development according to an Islamic economic perspective In this research, the research method used is a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used is secondary data originating from BPS data for Lampung Province for the 2017-2022 period which aims to analyze and test the influence of labor, economic growth and infrastructure both partially and simultaneously on economic development inequality. The data obtained shows that the balancing fund variable has a positive effect on economic development inequality in Lampung Province. And natural resources have no effect on the inequality of economic development in Lampung Province. In the view of the Islamic economic system, the poor distribution of wealth in society is what causes poverty and economic inequality.
