Abstract

ABSTRAK Teacher Innovative Behavior Ditinjau Dari Perceived transformational leadership dan Proactive Personality Oleh : Tasa Amalia Tifa Dunia telah memasuki era baru yang disebut society 5.0. Era ini memberikan dampak dalam bidang pendidikan yaitu pembaharuan kompetensi. Kurikulum merdeka belajar yang dimana tidak lagi terfokus guru sebagai pusat pembelajaran melainkan siswa yang menjadi pusat pembelajaran. Dengan adanya pembaharuan kurikulum guru merasa kesulitan mengikuti perkembangan zaman yang sudah semakin canggih yaitu kemajuan teknologi. Faktor yang mempengaruhi innovative behavior yaitu perceived transformational leadership dan proactive personality karena pada setiap unit kerja guru harus memiliki jiwa proactive personality yang positif pegawai yang memiliki proactive personality yang tinggi memiliki kecenderungan memperbaharui pengetahuan dan skill yang dibutuhkan. Perceived transformational leadership sangat besar menentukan keberhasilan dalam sebuah lembaga pendidikan dalam mencapai tujuan. Penelitian ini berjenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan guru SMPN Kecamatan Trimurjo dan menggunakan teknik sampling purposive sampling yang melibatkan 101 guru sebagai responden. Alat ukur skala yang digunakan yaitu skala innovative behavior, perceived transformational leadership dan proactive personality. Dengan analisis regresi berganda sebagai teknik analisis data bantuan software SPSS 25 for windows. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara teacher innovative behavior ditinjau dari perceived transformational leadership dan proactive personality. Dengan nilai R = 0,777, nilai F = 74.868 dan nilai signifikansi p < 0,05. Mendapatkan sumbangan efektif sebesar 60,4%. Teacher innovative behavior ditinjau dari perceived transformational leadership dan proactive personality memiliki hubungan yang signifikan. This era has had an impact in the field of education, namely competency renewal. With the reform, teachers find it difficult to keep up with developments in increasingly sophisticated times, namely technological advances. Factors that influence innovative behavior are perceived transformational leadership and proactive personality because in each work unit teachers must have a positive proactive personality. Employees who have a high proactive personality have a tendency to renew the knowledge and skills needed. Perceived transformational leadership greatly determines the success of an educational institution in achieving its goals. This research is a quantitative type of research with Trimurjo District SMPN teachers and uses a purposive sampling technique involving 101 teachers as respondents. The scale measuring tools used are the innovative behavior, perceived transformational leadership and proactive personality scales. With multiple regression analysis as a data analysis technique with the help of SPSS 25 for Windows software. The research results show that there is a significant relationship between innovative teacher behavior in terms of perceived transformational leadership and proactive personality. With an R value = 0.777, an F value = 74.868 and a significance value of p < 0.05. Get an effective contribution of 60,4%. Teacher innovative behavior in terms of perceived transformational leadership and proactive personality has a significant relationship.
