Abstract

ABSTRAK Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Lampung (Dinas PP dan PA) Provinsi Lampung adalah Lembaga yang di bentuk oleh Gubernur dan DPRD Provinsi Lampung untuk membantu melaksanakan penyusunan dan pelaksanan kebijakan daerah di bidang Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak Provinsi Lampung melalui upaya-upaya pemberian perlindungan. Melihat banyaknya kejadian kasus tindak kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (kdrt) pada perempuan dan anak di Provinsi Lampung. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari informan kunci berjumlah satu orang yakni Ketua Dinas PPPA Provinsi Lampung, informan pendukung berjumlah dua orang yakni sekretaris dan kabid perlindungan perempuan dan anak, dan informan tambahan berjumlah dua orang yakni kabid kualitas hidup perempuan dan kualitas keluarga dan Kabid data gender dan anak partisipas masyarakat yang telah memenuhi syarat. Hasil dari penelitian ini bahwa dapat diketahui bahwa strategi program pendampingan yaitu memiliki tujuan utama organisasi berupa pendekatan holistik meliputi pendampingan hukum yang dilaksanakan Dinas PPPA Provinsi Lampung memberikan pendampingan hukum baik pada saat konsultasi, pendamping bahkan pembelaan baik diluar pengadilan maupun didalam pengadilan pada korban. Kedua pendampingan psikologi bagi pelaku dan korban KDRT. Ketiga pendampingan medis korban dirujuk RSUD Abdoel Moleok untuk melakukan visum. Kemudian kebijakan kolaborasi institusi yaitu bekerjsama UPTD PPA provinsi Lampung,Dinas Sosial, Kepolosian Daerah, Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi Lampung, LSM DAMAR, dan LP2M UIN Raden Intan Lampung sebagai kolaborasi kerjasama dalam menanggulangi KDRT. Adapun rangkaian program sosialisasi dan pelatihan tenaga pendamping. Selanjutnya efektivitas program Dinas PPPA Provinsi Lampung sudah cukup efektif. Hal ini ditentukan berdasarkan indikator-indikator efektivitas program yang berjalan sudah cukup baik yaitu dari ketepatan sasaran program, sosialisasi program, tujuan program dan pemantauan program. The results of this research show that the mentoring program strategy has the main objective of the organization in the form of a holistic approach including legal assistance carried out by the PPPA Office of Lampung Province, providing legal assistance during consultation, companionship and even defense both outside the court and in court to victims. Second, psychological assistance for perpetrators and victims of domestic violence. The three victims' medical assistance were referred to Abdoel Moleok Regional Hospital to carry out post-mortems. Then the policy of institutional collaboration is working together with UPTD PPA Lampung Province, Social Service, Regional Police, Lampung Provincial Health Service, NGO DAMAR, and LP2M UIN Raden Intan Lampung as a collaborative collaboration in tackling domestic violence. There is a series of socialization and training programs for accompanying staff. Furthermore, the effectiveness of the Lampung Province PPPA Service program is quite effective. This is determined based on indicators of program effectiveness that are running quite well, namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives and program monitoring.
