Abstract

ABSTRAK Pelecehan seksual merupakan salah satu masalah serius yang dapat memberikan dampak psikologis yang berkepanjangan pada remaja, mengganggu perkembangan emosional dan sosial mereka. Yang menjadi latar belakang masalah pada penelitian ini menyoroti kebutuhan mendesak untuk mengatasi masalah pelecehan seksual pada remaja melalui penerapan teknik cognitive disputation di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Provinsi Lampung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk memberikan pandangan yang lebih komprehensif tentang cara mengurangi dampak trauma dan membantu mereka dalam proses pemulihan.. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field researche). Berdasarkan data primer penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Purposive Sampling adalah teknik pengambilan data dengan pertimbangan tertentu, berdasarkan kriteria berikut: dengan jumah informan 4 orang yang terdiri dari Kasubag tata usaha 1 orang, Konselor 1orang, Konseli 2 orang yang sudah 2 tahun berada di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Hubermen dengan langkah-langkah reduksi data, display data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil dan temuan dari penelitian yang diperolah dari pelaksanaan kegiatan, pelaksanaan konseling Islam dengan teknik cognitive disputation untuk mengurangi trauma akibat pelecehan seksual pada remaja di Unit Pelaksana Teknis Daerah Perlindungan Perempuan dan Anak Provinsi Lampung ini yang pertama yakni tahap Identifikasi Masalah, Diagnosis, Prognosis, Treatment, serta Follow Up. Konselor menggunakan konseling Islam dengan menggunakan teknik cognitive disputation dalam menangani permasalahan yang dihadapi konseli terdapat 3 tahap yang dilakukan konselor pada proses konseing. Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah Cognitive Disputation dapat memberikan perubahan positif pada konseli, dapat mengelola dampak dari pola pikir kurang baik yang dialami konseli. Konseli mampu melakukan disput kognitif terhadap pikiran irrasional konseli sehingga konseli mengalami perubahan lebih baik lagi dalam menghadapi lingkungan sekitar. Kata kunci: Konseling Islam, Cognitifve Disputation, Trauma Pelecehan Seksual iii ABSTRACT Sexual harassment is a serious problem that can have a lasting psychological impact on teenagers, disrupting their emotional and social development. The background to the problem in this research highlights the urgent need to overcome the problem of sexual harassment against teenagers through the application of cognitive disputation techniques in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children, Lampung Province. The aim of this research is to provide a more comprehensive view of how to reduce the impact of trauma and help those in the recovery process. This research uses qualitative research with the type of field research. This research uses the Purposive Sampling technique, which is a data collection technique with certain considerations, based on the following criteria: with a total of 4 informants consisting of the Head of Administrative Subdivision 1 person, Counselor 1 person, Counselor 2 people who have been in the Implementation Unit for 2 years Regional Technical for the Protection of Women and Children. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique uses Miles and Hubermen's theory with reduction, presentation and verification steps. Based on the results and findings of research obtained from the implementation of activities, the first implementation of Islamic counseling using cognitive disputation techniques to reduce trauma due to sexual abuse in adolescents in the Regional Technical Implementation Unit for the Protection of Women and Children in Lampung Province is the stage of problem identification, diagnosis, prognosis, treatment, and follow-up. Counselors use Islamic counseling using cognitive disputation techniques in dealing with problems faced by counselees. There are 3 stages that counselors carry out in the counseling process. The conclusion of this research is that Cognitive Disputation can provide positive changes to the counselee, can manage the impact of unfavorable thought patterns experienced by the counselee. The counselee is able to carry out cognitive disputing of the counselee's irrational thoughts so that the counselee experiences changes for the better in dealing with the surrounding environment.
