Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran learning cycle berbasis media spinning wheel terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik di kelas IV. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di MIN 1 Bandar Lampung di kabupaten Bandar Lampung pada tahun ajaran 2023/2024, dengan jumlah populasi sebanyak 105 peserta didik dari kelas A sampai D. pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel menggunakan system acak kelas. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan dua kelas yaitu kelas IV C berjumlah 27 peserta didik sebagai kelas control dan kelas IV D berjumlah 25 peserta didik sebagai kelas eksperimen. Proses belajar di kelas ekperimen menggunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle berbasis media Spinning wheel dan dikelas kontrol menggunakan model pembelajaran Learning Cycle. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian nya adalah Quasy Eksperimental, dan desain penelitian pretest-postest control group desain. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Instrumen tes yang digunakan yaitu soal pilihan ganda (multi choice). Uji coba penelitian berupa uji validitas dan reliabilitas dengan menggunakan bantuan program IBM SPSS Statistik 25.0. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan diperoleh hasil nilai rata-ratakelas eksperimen sebesar 84,00 sedangkan nilai rata-rata kelas kontrol sebesar 79,37. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis Independent sampel t-test dengan taraf signifikansi 5% (0,05), yaitu 0,011˃0,05 sehingga Ho ditolak dan Hi diterima sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh model pembelajaran Learning cycle berbasis media spinning wheel terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas IV. This research uses a quantitative approach with the type of research being Quasy Experimental, and a pretest-posttest control group research design. Data collection techniques use tests, documentation and interviews. The test instrument used is multiple choice questions. The research trial took the form of validity and reliability tests using the IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 program. Based on the results of the research and discussion, the average score for the experimental class was 84.00, while the average score for the control class was 79.37. The results of hypothesis testing using independent sample t-test analysis with a significance level of 5% (0.05), namely 0.011˃0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Hi is accepted so that it can be concluded that there is an influence of the learning cycle learning model based on spinning wheel media on the results learning for class IV students.
