Abstract

ABSTRAK Pola Kaderisasi Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Provinsi Lampung Dalam Meningkatkan Elektabilitas Partai Oleh : Nesi Pratama Elektabilitas PAN Provinsi Lampung mengalami peningkatan pada pemilu tahun 2019. Sebelumnya pada tahun 2014 PAN Provinsi Lampung memperoleh suara dengan jumlah 140.141 sedangkan pada pemilu 2019 PAN memperoleh suara sejumlah 184.320, artinya terdapat peningkatan perolehan suara sebesar 44.179 suara. Peningkatan elektabilitas PAN tentu tidak terlepas dari pola kaderisasi dan juga strategi kader PAN dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas partai. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap pola kaderisasi Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Provinsi Lampung dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas partai dan mengungkap mengenai strategi kader Partai Amanat Nasional (PAN) Dewan Pimpinan Wilayah (DPW) Provinsi Lampung dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas partai pada pemilu tahun 2024. Pola kaderisasi PAN terdiri dari 3 pelatihan, yakni pelatihan formal, informal, dan pelatihan khusus. Pelatihan formal dilaksanakan secara berjenjang, adapun jenjang kaderisasi PAN adalah Kader Dasar adalah anggota yang telah menyelesaikan Latihan Kader Amanat Dasar (LKAD); Kader Madya adalah anggota yang telah menyelesaikan Latihan Kader Amanat Madya (LKAM); dan Kader Utama adalah anggota yang telah menyelesaikan latihan kader Amanat Utama (LKAU). Masing-masing jenjang memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan elektabilitas PAN diantaranya kader dasar melakukan kegiatan sosial yang diselenggarakan di daerah masing-masing, Kader Madya Provinsi Lampung yang di koordinasi oleh badan pemenangan pemilu (Bapilu) PAN Provinsi Lampung melaksanakan strategi marketing politik yaitu segmentasi, targeting, dan positioning politik. This research aims to reveal the cadre pattern of the National Mandate Party (PAN) Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of Lampung Province in increasing the party's electability and reveal the strategy of National Mandate Party (PAN) cadres of the Regional Leadership Council (DPW) of Lampung Province in increasing the party's electability in the elections in 2024. In this research, two major theories are used, namely leadership cadre theory and political strategy theory The PAN cadre formation pattern consists of 3 trainings, namely formal training, informal training and special training. Formal training is carried out in stages, the levels of PAN cadre cadre are Basic Cadre are members who have completed the Basic Mandate Cadre Training (LKAD); Intermediate Cadres are members who have completed the Intermediate Cadre Mandate Training (LKAM); and Main Cadre are members who have completed Main Mandate Cadre (LKAU) training. Each level has an important role in increasing the electability of PAN, including basic cadres carrying out social activities held in their respective regions, Lampung Province Middle Cadres who are coordinated by the election winning body (Bapilu) of Lampung Province PAN implementing political marketing strategies, namely segmentation, targeting , and political positioning.
