Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh hasil observasi di lapangan terkait pemahaman kemampuan pedagogik yang dimiliki oleh pendidik belum sesuai diantaranya seperti pengembangan kurikulum yang digunakan seperti mampu menyusun silabus sesuai dengan kurikulum, pelaksanaan dan pengolahan kelas oleh pendidik belum memberikan feedback terhadap perkembangan kemampuan peserta didik dikarena variasi metode masih monoton dan terkesan pasif, pembinaan dan pelatihan yang dilakukan belum sepenuhnya mencerminkan kebutuhan dari pendidik. Aspek yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dalam pendidikan yakni kurikulum pendidikan. Kurikulum dalam pendidikan memiliki peran yang sangat besar dalam menentukan majunya suatu pendidikan, mulai dari ranah konsep hingga aplikasi atau praktek lapangan. Karena kurikulum memiliki peran sebagai rencana dan pengaturan mengenai isi dan bahan ajar serta pedoman cara penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kemampuan pedagogik guru dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yang dijadikan informan penelitian adalah wakil kurikulum dan pendidik kelas I, II, dan III. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian menggunakan tiga tahapan yakni reduksi data, display data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh peneliti yaitu kemampuan pedagogik dalam kategori cukup baik yakni kompetensi menguasai karakteristik peserta didik, sedangkan kemampuan pedagogik dalam kategori kurang baik yakni pengembangan potensi peserta didik dan kemampuan menguasai teori belajar. dalam pengimplementasikan kurikulum merdeka di kelas I, II dan III, SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung memiliki kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh pendidik yaitu (1) sulit memisahkan perspektif kurikulum operasional 2013 dengan kurikulum merdeka, (2) kesulitan dakam mendesain perangkat pembeajaran. Dalam hal ini kurangnya pemahaman guru tentang cara menurunkan atau menerjemahkan CP menjadi tujuan pembelajaran, iv (3) dalam nmenerapkan kurikulum merdeka sulit mengkondisikan keadaan atau situasi karena tahapan yang cukup kompleks sehingga pendidik memiliki kesulitan tersendiri dalam melaksanakannya dan (4) guru belum memiliki pengalaman kemerdekaan belajar karena masih dalam tahun pertama penerapan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Pedagogik, Kurikulum Merdeka, Pendidik. v ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the results of observations in the field related to the understanding that the pedagogical abilities possessed by educators are not yet appropriate, including the development of the curriculum used, such as being able to prepare the syllabus in accordance with the curriculum, the implementation and management of classes by educators who have not provided feedback on the development of students' abilities because there are still variations in methods. monotonous and seemingly passive, the coaching and training carried out does not fully reflect the needs of educators. An aspect that cannot be separated in education is the educational curriculum. The curriculum in education has a very large role in determining the progress of education, starting from the realm of concept to application or field practice. Because the curriculum has a role as a plan and arrangement regarding content and teaching materials as well as guidelines for how to provide good education. This research aims to determine the pedagogical abilities of teachers in implementing the independent curriculum at the Assalam Islamic Elementary School in Bandar Lampung. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method. The research subjects who were used as research informants were curriculum representatives and educators for grades I, II and III. Data collection techniques in this research used observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in research use three stages, namely data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The research results obtained by the researchers were that pedagogical abilities were in the fairly good category, namely competence in mastering student characteristics, while pedagogical abilities were in the poor category, namely developing students' potential and the ability to master learning theories. In implementing the independent curriculum in classes I, II and III, SD Islam Assalam Bandar Lampung has difficulties faced by educators, namely (1) it is difficult to separate the perspective of the 2013 operational curriculum from the independent curriculum, (2) difficulties in designing learning tools. In this case there is a lack of understanding by teachers about how to derive or translate CP into learning vi objectives, (3) in implementing an independent curriculum it is difficult to condition conditions or situations because the stages are quite complex so educators have their own difficulties in implementing it and (4) teachers do not have experience of independent learning because it is still in the first year of implementation.
