Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh banyaknya lahan pertanian yang menganggur tidak ditanami oleh para petani dikarenakan penjualan hasil panen di pasar yang murah sehingga petani tidak mendapatkan keuntungan, selain itu hal lain yang mempengaruhi pengalih fungsian lahan yaitu karena harga pupuk yang melambung tinggi tidak sesuai dengan pendapatan petani membuat mereka kesulitan dalam membeli pupuk, sehingga menyebabkan ketidakstabilan pertumbuhan tanaman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu melihat bagaimana pengaruh pengalih fungsian lahan pertanian menjadi permukiman yang berdampak pada sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Rumusan masalah penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat terkait alih fungsi lahan pertanian, bagaimana perspektif ekonomi islam terhadap alih fungsi lahan dalam kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis penelitian deskriptif dengan penekatan kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian di Desa Hajimena, Kecamatan Natar, Lampung Selatan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa alih fungsi lahan pertanian terhadap kondisi sosial ekonomi masyarakat menjadi baik. Dilihat dari indikator sosial ekonomi, para masyarakat merasakan manfaat yaitu, jenis aktivitas ekonomi membaik, tingkat pendidikan terpenuhi, pekerjaan dan pendapatan membaik setelah adanya alih fungsi lahan pertanian ke non pertanian. Sedangkan perubahan sosial menjadi kurang baik, para petani merasakan minat para pemuda terhadap profesi petani sangat minim serta dampak sosial tersebut yaitu bergesernya pola kehidupan masyarakat khususnya terancamnya ketahanan pangan. Dalam perspektif ekonomi islam tentang ijarah dengan adanya alih fungsi lahan pertanian menimbulkan manfaat baik yaitu, ijarah bersifat manfaat dan ijarah bersifat pekerjaan hal ini sangat berkaitan dengan ilmu ijarah. ABSTRACT This research was motivated by the large number of unemployed agricultural plants that were not planted by farmers, due to the sale of the harvest on the market being cheap so that farmers did not make a profit. Apart from that, another thing that influences the conversion of laban is that because the price of fertilizer is soaring, it does not match their income, making it difficult for farmers to buy fertilizer, which causes this. instability of plant growth. The aim of this research is to see how the conversion of agricultural land to residential areas has an impact on the socio- economic impact of the community The formulation of the problem of this research is how the socio- economic conditions of the community are related to the conversion of agricultural land. What is the Islamic economic perspective on land conversion in the socio economic conditions of society? This type of research is field research with data collection methods in the form of interview observation and documentation. This research uses descriptive research analysis with a qualitative approach. Research location, Hajimena Village. District, Natar, South Lampung. The results of this research indicate that the transfer of agricultural functions to the socio- economic conditions of the community has been well- involved in terms of socio economic indicators. The community felt the benefits, namely, the type of economic activity improved, the level of education, employment and income improved, after the conversion of agricultural land to non�agricultural use. Meanwhile, social changes are not good, farmers feel that young people's interest in the farming profession is very minimal and the social impact is the shift in social life patterns, especially the threat to food security. In the Islamic economic perspective, ijarah with the conversion of agricultural land creates good benefits, namely, ijarah is beneficial and ijarah is loyalty, this is very related to the science of ijarah.
