Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini membahas sebuah pengaruh local wisdom terhadap pertumbuhan pariwisata di Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat, Wilayah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat secara administratif terdiri dari 11 kecamatan dengan 116 desa atau pekon dan 2 kelurahan. Pesisir Barat merupakan kabupaten yang kaya dengan potensi, mulai dari potensi pariwisata, prikanan, kelautan dan masih banyak lagi. Wisata pantai adalah salah satu destinasi wisata yang menjadi paforit para peselancar baik lokal maupun mancanegara, pantai yang indah dengan pasir putih landai membuat pantai-pantai di kabupaten pesisir barat menjadi daya tarik tersendiri bagi wisatawan yang berkunjung. Salahsatunya adalah potensi wisata di Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh local wisdom terhadap pertumbuhan pariwisata di Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif , dimana pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membagikan kusioner secara non probability sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling sampel. Jumlah sampel dapat ditentukan dengan rumus estimasi proporsi menghasilkan 96 responden. Untuk membantu mengolah data agar lebih valid menggunkan aplikasi SPSS versi 26 Adapun hasil penelitian ini ialah bahwa Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan terdapat pengaruh local wisdom terhadap pertumbuhan pariwisata di Kecamatan Pesisir Tengah Kabupaten Pesisir Barat. Hasil penelitian diperoleh koefisien korelasi diperoleh R=0,607 berarti tingkat hubungan antara local wisdom (X), dengan pertumbuhan pariwisata termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Sedangkan R Square (R2 ) diperoleh sebesar 0,368 atau 36,8% pertumbuhan pariwisata dipengaruhi oleh local wisdom sebesar 36,8%. Pariwisata menurut pandangan islam merupakan safar untuk merenungi keindahan ciptaan Allah SWT. Serta menikmati indahnya alam sebagai pendorong jiwa manusia untuk menguatkan keimanan terhadap keesaan Allah SWT. Sementara itu dalam kaitannya dengan nilai-nilai ideal dari kepariwisataan bagi islam adalah bagaimana umatnya mengambil i’tibar atau perjalanan dari hasil pengamatan dalam perjalanan yang dilakukan. KATA KUNCI: Local Wisdom, Pertumbuhan Pariwisata. ABSTRACT This research discusses the influence of local wisdom on tourism growth in Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency. The Pesisir Barat Regency region administratively consists of 11 sub�districts with 116 villages or pekons and 2 sub-districts. The West Coast is a district that is rich in potential, starting from tourism potential, fisheries, maritime affairs and much more. Beach tourism is one of the tourist destinations that is a favorite of surfers both local and foreign. The beautiful beaches with sloping white sand make the beaches in the west coast districts a special attraction for visiting tourists. One of them is the tourism potential in Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency. This research also aims to determine the influence of local wisdom on tourism growth in Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency. This research uses quantitative research, where data collection is carried out by distributing questionnaires using non�probability sampling with an accidental sampling technique. The sample size can be determined using the proportion estimation formula to produce 96 respondents. To help process the data to make it more valid, use the SPSS version 26 application The results of this research are that the results of this research show that there is an influence of local wisdom on tourism growth in Pesisir Tengah District, Pesisir Barat Regency. The research results showed that the correlation coefficient was R=0.607, meaning that the level of relationship between local wisdom (X) and tourism growth was in the medium category. Meanwhile, R Square (R2) was obtained at 0.368 or 36.8% of tourism growth was influenced by local wisdom of 36.8%. Tourism according to the Islamic view is a journey to contemplate the beauty of Allah SWT's creation. As well as enjoying the beauty of nature as an incentive for the human soul to strengthen faith in the oneness of Allah SWT. Mean while, in relation to the ideal values of tourism for Islam, it is how its followers take i'tibar or travel based on the results of observations on the journey they take.
