Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh terkait program guru penggerak belum sejalan dengan penerapan kurikulum terbaru yaitu kurikulum merdeka dan rendahnya kemampuan siswa dalam menyerap materi yang disampaikan oleh guru penggerak melalui metode strategi keterampilan 4c yaitu kreatifitas (creativity), berpikir kritis (critical thinking), komunikasi (communication), dan kolaborasi (collaboration) dalam proses pembelajaran. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana peran guru penggerak dalam proses perencanaan persiapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran keterampilan 4c peserta didik kelas V pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SDN 02 Sawah Brebes Bandar Lampung. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran guru penggerak dalam proses perencanaan periapan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi pembelajaran keterampilan 4c peserta didik kelas V pada mata pelajaran PPKn di SDN 02 Sawah Brebes Bandar Lampung. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sumber teknik pengumpulan data yaitu teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari data adalah adanya peran guru penggerak dalam proses pembelajaran baik dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi yang dilakukan oleh guru penggerak dapat menunjang hasil belajar dari peserta didik agar tercapai secara optimal dalam proses keterampilan 4c yaitu kreatifitas (creativity), berpikir kritis (critical thinking), komunikasi (communication), dan kolaborasi (collaboration). Kemudian peran guru penggerak sangat diperlukan untuk melakukan perubahan di sekolah sesuai tuntutan perkembangan zaman yang kompleks. Kata Kunci: Guru Penggerak, Keterampilan 4C, Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan (PPKn) iv ABSTRACT This research is motivated by the fact that the driving teacher program is not yet in line with the implementation of the latest curriculum, namely the independent curriculum and the low ability of students to absorb the material presented by the driving teacher through the 4c skill strategy method, namely creativity, critical thinking, communication ( communication), and collaboration in the learning process. The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the role of the driving teacher in the process of planning preparation, implementation and evaluation of 4c skills learning for class V students in Civics subjects at SDN 02 Sawah Brebes Bandar Lampung. The aim of this research is to determine the role of driving teachers in the planning process of preparation, implementation and evaluation of 4c skills learning for class V students in Civics subjects at SDN 02 Sawah Brebes Bandar Lampung. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research type. This research uses data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation techniques The results of the research show that from the data there is a role for the driving teacher in the learning process, both from planning, implementation and evaluation carried out by the driving teacher, which can support the learning outcomes of students so that they are achieved optimally in the 4c skills process, namely creativity, critical thinking. (critical thinking), communication (communication), and collaboration (collaboration). Then the role of driving teachers is very necessary to make changes in schools according to the demands of complex developments in the times.
