Abstract

ABSTRAK Ustadz memegang peranan penting sebagai langkah keberhasilan belajar di lembaga pendidikan Islam. Peran ustadz tidak hanya menyampaikan perilakunya tetapi membentuk sikapnya. Salah satu peran seorang ustadz adalah sebagai teladan. Sebagai teladan bisa dilihat dari tiga aspek: sikap seseorang bersikap nyata; setiap perkataan dan perbuatan dapat diikuti, sehingga menunjukkan bahwa ketiga aspek sikap serta perkataan dan perbuatan saling berkaitan. Ustadz merupakan pendidik yang mengajar di pesantren atau di lembaga non formal, dimana santrinya diharapkan memperoleh ilmu-ilmu agama seperti fiqih, tauhid, dan akhlak serta ilmu pengetahuan Islam lainnya selain pengajar ustadz berperan juga sebagai pembimbing yang membimbing santrinya dari segi akhlak, pengetahuannya dan lain sebgainya. Berdasarkan penelitian masih banyak santri diniyah yang melaksanakan sholat lima waktu masih bolong-bolong bahkan tidak sholat. Fenomena lainnya santri diniyah di TPQ Miftahul Falah waktu banyak terbuang dengan sia-sia seperti nongkrong, berjam-jam main gejet, karokean, merokok. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui peran ustadz sebagai pengajar dan pembimbing. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode k ualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fakta secara sistematis, faktual dan akurat. Hasil penelitian bahwa ustadz sangat berperan dalam membentuk sikap religiusitas para santri, hingga memberikan dampak serta perubahan, diantaranya perubahan sikap religiusitas pada diri santri, meningkatkan ketaatan santri dalam beribadah, perubahan akhlak dan perilaku santri, serta santri dapat mengamalkan ilmu agama ke lingkungan sekitar dan masyarakat, hal itu memiliki korelasi dengan dampak dan perubahan santri dalam hal peningkatan ibadah yang terjadi pada santri di TPQ Miftahul Falah. Kata kunci: peran, ustadz, religiusitas, santri diniyah. iv ABSTRACT Ustadz plays an important role as a step towards success in studying at Islamic educational institutions. The role of the ustadz is not only to convey his behavior but to shape his attitude. One of the roles of an ustadz is as a role model. Being a role model can be seen from three aspects: a person's attitude is being real; every word and action can be followed, thus showing that the three aspects of attitude as well as words and actions are interrelated. Ustadz is an educator who teaches in Islamic boarding schools or non-formal institutions, where his students are expected to acquire religious knowledge such as fiqh, monotheism, and morals as well as other Islamic knowledge. Apart from being a teacher, the Ustadz also plays the role of a mentor who guides his students in terms of morals, knowledge and so on. so on. Based on research, there are still many Diniyah students who pray five times a day without even praying. Another phenomenon of the Diniyah students at TPQ Miftahul Falah is wasting a lot of time such as hanging out, playing gejet for hours, karokean, smoking. The aim is to find out the role of the ustadz as a teacher and guide. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method which aims to describe facts systematically, factually and accurately. The results of the research show that the ustadz plays a very important role in shaping the religious attitudes of the students, thereby providing impacts and changes, including changes in the religious attitudes of the students, increasing the students' obedience in worship, changes in the morals and behavior of the students, and the students being able to practice religious knowledge in the surrounding environment and society. , this has a correlation with the impact and changes in santri in terms of increasing worship that occurs among santri at TPQ Miftahul Falah.
