Abstract

ABSTRAK Sektor pertanian merupakan sektor yang mempunyai peranan strategis dalam struktur pembangunan perekonomian nasional. pertanian merupakan sebagai sumber penghasil bahan kebutuhan pokok, menyediakan lapangan kerja, memberikan sumbangan terhadap pendapatan nasional. Kementrian Pertanian yang berusaha untuk mengatasi masalah-masalah yang sangat penting dan melalui program pemberdayaan usaha agribisnis pedesaan (PUAP) pemerintah menginginkan terjadinya peningkatan dalam sektor pertanian. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah: 1. Bagaimana peran program pengembangan usaha agribisnis pedesaan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteran petani kopi? 2.Bagaimana peran program pengembangan usaha agribisnis pedesaan dalam meningkatkan kesejahteran petani kopi perspekif ekonomi islam?. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Utuk menganalisis Peran Program Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Pedesaan (Puap) Dalam Meningkatkan kesejahteran Petani Kopi robusta dan Untuk menganalisis Peran Program Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Pedesaan (Puap) Dalam Meningkatkan kesejahteran Petani Kopi robusta dalam perprktif ekonomi islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis deskriptif kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan penelitian lapangan. Teknik pengumpulan yang digunakan antara lain menggunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di lapanngan dalam penerapanan program pengembangan usaha agribisnis pedesaan yang telah di terapkan kepada petani sangat membantu sehingga petani bangkit, bersaing serta berkembang dalam usaha pertanian dan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas. Program Pengembangan Usaha Agribisnis Pedesaan berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pendapatan dan kesejahteraan masyarakat sangat terasa dalam hal ini meningkatnya taraf pendidikan yang lebih baik, kesehatan yang terjaga serta pendapatan yang dihasilkan. Kata kunci : PUAP, Kesejahteran, Produktivitas . ABSTRACT The agricultural sector is a sector that has a strategic role in the structure of national economic development. Agriculture is a source of producing basic necessities, provides employment opportunities, and contributes to national income. The Ministry of Agriculture is trying to overcome very important problems and through the rural agribusiness empowerment program (PUAP) the government wants an increase in the agricultural sector. The problem formulation in this research is: 1. What is the role of rural agribusiness development programs in improving the welfare of coffee farmers? 2. What is the role of rural agribusiness development programs in improving the welfare of coffee farmers from an Islamic economic perspective? This research aims to analyze the role of the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (Puap) in improving the welfare of Robusta coffee farmers and to analyze the role of the Rural Agribusiness Development Program (Puap) in improving the welfare of robusta coffee farmers in the Islamic economic perspective. This research uses a qualitative descriptive type using a field research approach. The collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation methods. Based on the results of research in the field, the implementation of the rural agribusiness development program that has been applied to farmers is very helpful so that farmers rise, compete and develop in agricultural businesses and can increase productivity. The Rural Agribusiness Development Program has an impact on the level of income and welfare of the community, in this case the increase in the level of better education, maintained health and the income generated.
