Abstract
ABSTRAK Anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood) mempunyai kemampuan intelektual, kreativitas, atau bakat yang melampaui kebanyakan anak seusianya. Dalam mengoptimalisasi potensi anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood) perlu mengacu pada upaya untuk mengidentifikasi, mengembangkan, dan memaksimalkan potensi anak yang memiliki kecerdasan di atas rata-rata. Optimalisasi potensi anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood) dapat dipengaruhi oleh lingkungan belajar. Lingkungan belajar adalah semua yang tampak di sekeliling siswa baik dari lingkungan fisik, lingkungan social, dan lingkungan psikologi serta adanya faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan dan tingkah lakunya dalam menjalankan aktifitas mereka. Tujuan memaksimalkan potensi anak berbakat adalah untuk memastikan bahwa mereka mempunyai kesempatan dan dukungan yang tepat untuk mencapai prestasi maksimal di berbagai bidang. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah kurang optimalnya lingkungan belajar yang dapat menunjang potensi bagi anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood) dalam meraih prestasinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis bagaimana lingkungan belajar dalam mengoptimalisasi potensi anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian Systematic Literature Review (SLR) yang merupakan bentuk penelitian deskriptif. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini 23 artikel bereputasi internasional ( Q1= 6 ,Q2= 9 ,Q3= 3, Q4= 5) dan 1 buku akademik. Di Indonesia sendiri belum adanya penelitian yang membahas tentang optimalisasi lingkungan belajar anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood), yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini paling banyak di teliti di negara Amerika serikat. Penelitian ini dianalisis menggunakan model interaktif analisis milles & hubberman dengan perangkat lunak NVIVO 12.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 3 faktor yang dapat mengoptimalkan potensi anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood) di lingkungan belajar yaitu, 1) lingkungan fisik yang mencakup ketersediaan sumber daya, dan ruang belajar yang nyaman, 2) lingkungan social yang mencakup hubungan guru dan siswa serta pembinaan psikososial dan, 3) lingkungan psikologis yang mencakup motivasi dan teknik pengajaran yang beragam. Hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan sebagai salah satu cara untuk menganalisis lingkungan belajar dalam mengoptimalisasi potensi anak berbakat (gifted and talented childhood). In optimizing the potential of gifted and talented childhood, it is necessary to refer to efforts to identify, develop, and maximize the potential of children who have above-average intelligence. Optimizing the potential of gifted and talented childhood can be influenced by the learning environment. The learning environment is everything that appears around students both from the physical environment, social environment, and psychological environment as well as the factors that influence their development and behavior in carrying out their activities. The goal of maximizing the potential of gifted children is to ensure that they have the right opportunities and support to achieve maximum achievement in various fields. The problem in this study is the lack of an optimal learning environment that can support the potential for gifted and talented children in achieving their achievements. This research was conducted to analyze how the learning environment optimizes the potential of gifted and talented childhood. This research uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) research method which is a form of descriptive research. The data used in this study are 23 internationally reputable articles (Q1= 6, Q2= 9, Q3= 3, Q4= 5) and 1 academic book. In Indonesia itself, there is no research that discusses the optimization of the learning environment of gifted and talented childhood, which is related to this research mostly in the United States. This research was analyzed using Milles & Hubberman's interactive analysis model with NVIVO 12.0 software. The results showed that there are 3 factors that can optimize the potential of gifted and talented childhood in the learning environment, namely, 1) the physical environment which includes the availability of resources, and a comfortable learning space, 2) the social environment which includes teacher and student relationships and psychosocial coaching and, 3) the psychological environment which includes motivation and diverse teaching techniques. The results of this study can be used as a way to analyze the learning environment in optimizing the potential of gifted and talented childhood.
