Abstract

ABSTRAK Pengimplementasian asesmen diagnostik dalam kurikulum merdeka yang dilakukan pada tahun ajaran baru mengharuskan guru untuk dapat meningkatkan kompetensi serta kreatifitas dalam pembelajaran. akan tetapi, dalam pelaksanaanya masih ditemukanya kendala-kendala yang menghambat pengimplementasian asesmen diagnostik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala pada implementasi assesmen diagnostik dari tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, serta tindak lanjut pada pembelajaran biologi dalam kurikulum merdeka di SMA Negeri se-kota Bandar Lampung. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan puposive sampling dengan ampel dalam penelitian ini adalah empat orang guru bidang studi biologi dan 69 peserta didik kelas X SMA pada materi keanekaragaman hayati. Teknik pengambilan data berupa wawancara, observasi, kuesioner serta dokumentasi. Penelitian termasuk dalam jenis penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, analisis data berupa reduksi data, penyajian data serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pengimplementasian asesmen diagnostik pada tiga sekolah belum terlaksana dengan cukup baik karena hanya dua sekolah yang sudah menerapkan asesmen diagnostik kognitif dan non-kognitif, sedangkan masih terdapat satu sekolah yang belum menerapkan asesmen diagnostik karena belum memahami pentingnya asesmen diagnostik. Temuan dalam penelitian ini adalah (1) asesmen diagnostik merupakan salah satu strategi guru untuk merancang konsep pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif (2) kurangnya fasilitas sekolah dan sosialisasi kurikulum merdeka oleh lembaga setempat mengakibatkan tidak maksimalnya pemahaman terhadap pentingnya asesmen diagnostik. Kata kunci: Asesmen Diagnostik; Keanekaragaman Hayati; Kurikulum Merdeka; iii ABSTRACT Implementing diagnostic assessments in the independent curriculum in the new academic year requires teachers to be able to increase competence and creativity in learning. However, in its implementation there are still obstacles that hinder the implementation of diagnostic assessments. This research aims to determine the obstacles to the implementation of diagnostic assessments from the planning, implementation and follow-up stages in biology learning in the independent curriculum in public high schools throughout the city of Bandar Lampung. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with samples in this research were four teachers in the field of biology studies and 69 class X high school students on biodiversity material. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, questionnaires and documentation. The research is included in the type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach, data analysis in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this research are that the implementation of diagnostic assessments in three schools has not been implemented well enough because only two schools have implemented diagnostic assessments, while there is still one school that has not implemented diagnostic assessments because they do not understand the importance of diagnostic assessments. The findings in this research are (1) diagnostic assessment is one of the teachers' strategies for designing more innovative learning concepts (2) the lack of school facilities and the socialization of the independent curriculum by local institutions has resulted in a lack of optimal understanding of the importance of diagnostic assessment.
