Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu kegiatan pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan untuk mengembangkan sosial emosional anak yang efektif di TK Goemerlang Sukarame Bandar Lampung yaitu menggunakan Media Pembelajaran yang berbentuk media visual. Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan Media Pembelajaran visual yaitu Media Command Board dalam proses pembelajaran yang memiliki dampak yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan sosial emosional anak. Social emosional anak belum berkembang secara optimal dapat ditunjukan dengan kurangnya rasa bertanggung jawab atas kegiatan yang telah dilakukan, bekerja sama, rasa berbagi terhadap temannya, menolong dan membantu teman saat sedang kesusahan. Adapun rumusan masalah dari penelitian ini yaitu “Apakah Media Command Board Dapat Mengembangkan Perkembangan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia Dini 5-6 Tahun?”. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan model penelitian Spiral oleh Kemmis dan Mc Taggart yang menggunakan 2 siklus yang dimana di mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan, dan refleksi. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah anak di kelas B1 pada TK Goemerlang Sukarame Bandar Lampung yang berjumlah 23 anak. Tujuan masalah pada penelitian ini yaitu “Mengembangkan Sosial Emosional Anak Usia Dini 5-6 Tahun Melalui Media Command Board”. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Triangulasi yaitu Teknik Observasi, Wawancara dan Dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penggunaan media Command Board dapat mengembangkan sosial emosional anak usia dini di TK Goemerlang Sukarame Bandar Lampung. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari yang terjadi perkembangan pada saat pra penelitian hingga pada setiap siklus. Pada saat pra penelitian terdapat Belum Berkembang (BB) terdapat 7 anak (30,43%), Mulai Berkembang (MB) terdapat 10 anak (43,47%), Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) terdapat 6 anak (26,08%) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) terdapat 0 anak (0%). Kemudian pada Siklus I anak Belum Berkembang (BB) terdapat 2 anak (8,69%), Mulai Berkembang (MB) terdapat 3 anak (13,04%), Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) terdapat 13 anak (56,53%) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) terdapat 5 anak (21,73%). Pada siklus II anak Belum Berkembang (BB) terdapat 0 anak (0%), Mulai Berkembang (MB) terdapat 1 anak (4,34%), Berkembang Sesuai Harapan (BSH) terdapat 3 anak (13,04%) dan Berkembang Sangat Baik (BSB) sebanyak 19 (82,60%). Hal ini telah mencapai standar penelitian yang telah diterapkan. In this study, researchers used visual learning media, namely Command Board media, in the learning process which has a very important impact on children's social emotional development. Children's social emotions have not developed optimally, which can be shown by a lack of a sense of responsibility for the activities they have carried out, working together, a sense of sharing with their friends, helping and assisting friends when they are in trouble. The problem formulation of this research is "Can the Media Command Board Develop the Social and Emotional Development of Early Age Children 5-6 Years?". This research uses the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method using the Spiral research model by Kemmis and Mc Taggart which uses 2 cycles starting from planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects in this research were 23 children in class B1 at Kindergarten Goemerlang Sukarame Bandar Lampung. The aim of the problem in this research is "Developing Social Emotional Children 5-6 Years Old Through Command Board Media". The data collection technique uses triangulation, namely observation, interview and documentation techniques. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers, it can be concluded that using Command Board media can develop the social and emotional development of young children at Kindergarten Goemerlang Sukarame Bandar Lampung. This can be seen from developments occurring during pre-research through each cycle. At the time of pre-research, there were 7 children (30.43%), Not Yet Developing (BB), 10 children (43.47%), Developing According to Expectations (BSH), 6 children (26.08%) and Very Well Developed (BSB) there are 0 children (0%). Then in Cycle I, there were 2 children who were not yet developing (BB), there were 2 children (8.69%), starting to develop (MB), there were 3 children (13.04%), Developing According to Expectations (BSH) there were 13 children (56.53%) and Very Well Developed (BSB) there were 5 children (21.73%). In cycle II, there were 0 children who were not yet developing (BB), starting to develop (MB), there was 1 child (4.34%), Developing According to Expectations (BSH) there were 3 children (13.04%) and Very Developing Good (BSB) as many as 19 (82.60%).
