Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu permasalahan ekonomi jangka panjang suatu negara adalah masalah pertumbuhan ekonomi. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini adalah Apakah investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia secara parsial. Apakah investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah, dan inflasi berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia secara simultan. Bagaimana perspektif Islam terhadap investasi, pengeluaran pemerintah, inflasi, dan pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan berupa data sekunder dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa dokumentasi dan studi pustaka yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) Nasional dan Badan Koordinasi Penanaman Modal (BKPM). Hasil dan kesimpulan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Investasi berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia. Pengeluaran Pemerintah berpengaruh secara negatif dan signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia. Inflasi berpengaruh secara positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Indonesia Tahun 2010-2022. Secara simultan Investasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, dan Inflasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Ekonomi Provinsi Indonesia. Proporsi pengaruh variabel Investasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, dan Inflasi sebesar 75,18%, sedangkan 24,82% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar model. Pertumbuhan ekonomi Indonesia sejalan dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam dimana pemerintah Indonesia saat ini sedang memfokuskan pada pembangunan ekonomi dan kemajuan aspek materi dan sumber daya manusia dengan tujuan tercapainya kesejahteraan masyarakat. Islam memperbolehkan investasi dengan syarat investasi yang dilakukan sesuai dengan prinsip Islam dan tidak ada kecurangan dalam melakukan investasi. Islam memandang kebijakan pengeluaran pemerintah yang dilakukan harus berdampak positif bagi pembangunan daerah dan pemerintah juga harus menggunakan kebijakannya secara adil yang berlandaskan ajaran Islam supaya terhindar dari kedzaliman dan arogansi. Menurut Islam, inflasi yang terjadi disebabkan akibat kesalahan manusia yang menyimpang aturan syariat, seperti adanya korupsi, dan pajak yang memberatkan. Kata Kunci: Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Investasi, Pengeluaran Pemerintah, Inflasi, Perspektif Ekonomi Islam.ABSTRACT One of the long-term economic problems of a country is the problem of economic growth. The formulation of the problem in this study is whether investment, government spending, and inflation affect economic growth in Indonesia partially. Do investment, government spending, and inflation affect Indonesia's economic growth simultaneously. What is the Islamic perspective on investment, government spending, inflation, and economic growth in Indonesia. The method in this research uses a quantitative approach. The data used is secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of documentation and literature studies obtained from the National Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and the Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM). The results and conclusions of this research show that investment has a positive and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Government spending has a negative and significant effect on Indonesia's economic growth. Inflation has a positive and insignificant effect on Indonesia's Economic Growth 2010-2022. Simultaneously Investment, Government Expenditures and Inflation have a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian Provincial Economy. The proportion of influence of the Investment, Government Expenditure and Inflation variables is 75.18%, while the remaining 24.82% is influenced by other variables outside the model. Indonesia's economic growth is in line with Islamic economic principles where the Indonesian government is currently focusing on economic development and progress in aspects of material and human resources with the aim of achieving social welfare. Islam allows investment provided that the investment is carried out in accordance with Islamic principles and there is no fraud in making the investment. Islam views that government spending policies must have a positive impact on regional development and the government must also use its policies fairly and based on Islamic teachings to avoid injustice and arrogance. According to Islam, inflation is caused by human error which violates sharia rules, such as corruption and burdensome taxes.
