Abstract

ABSTRAK Kebijakan dividen adalah keputusan penempatan laba apakah laba yang diperoleh perusahaan akan dibagikan kepada investor sebagai dividen atau akan ditahan sebagai bentuk laba ditahan. Terdapat fluktuasi mengenai persentase dividen yang dibayarkan setiap tahunnya sedangkan investor lebih memilih pembayaran dividen dengan persentase stabil setiap tahunnya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah apakah profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di JII dan apakah CSR memoderasi pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di JII. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen dengan Corporate Social Responsibility sebagai variabel moderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) periode 2017-2021. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Jenis data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang di peroleh dari website Bursa Efek Indonesia, website resmi perusahaan. Dalam penelitian in populasi yang digunakan adala perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah 8 perusahaan dengan pengamatan 5 tahun sehingga pengamatan berjumlah 40 sampel. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah studi pustaka. Metode analisis yang dilakukan adalah regresi linier sederhana dan moderate regression analysis dan diolah dengan software SPSS. Hasil penelitiaan menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh terhadap kebijan dividen, corporate social responsibility tidak mampu memoderasi profitabilitas terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan yang terdaftar di Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). ABTRACT Dividend policy is a decision to determine whether profits earned by the company will be distributed to investors as dividends or will be retained as a form of retained earnings. There are fluctuations in the percentage of dividends paid each year, while investors prefer dividend payments with a stable percentage each year. The formulation of the problem in this research is whether profitability influences the dividend policy of manufacturing companies registered with JII and whether CSR moderates the effect of profitability on the dividend policy of manufacturing companies registered with JII. This research aims to analyze the effect of profitability on dividend policy with Corporate Social Responsibility as a moderating variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII) for the 2017-2021 period. This research is quantitative research. The type of data used is secondary data obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange website, the company's official website. In this research, the population used was manufacturing companies registered on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total of 8 companies with 5 years of observation so that the observations totaled 40 samples. The data collection technique is library research. The analysis method used is simple linear regression and moderate regression analysis and processed using SPSS software. The research results show that profitability influences dividend policy, corporate social responsibility is unable to moderate profitability on dividend policy in companies listed on the Jakarta Islamic Index (JII).
