Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian berjudul tentang “Pendistribusian Zakat Produktif Dalam Meningkatkan Ekonomi Mustahik Di BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanggamus” Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas pendistribusian dana zakat produktif serta dampaknya terhadap peningkatan kesejahteraan ekonomi mustahik yang dijalankan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanggamus. Serta untuk mengetahui apakah program yang dijalankan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanggamus sudah efektif dalam meningkatkan ekonomi mustahik.. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian lapangan (field Research). Teknik pengumpulan datanya menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah penerima dana zakat produktif dan kepala BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanggamus. Teknis analisis pada penelitian ini melalui tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanggamus melakukan pendistribusian zakat produktif melalui dua metode yaitu distribusi zakat produktif tradisional dan kreatif. Pendistribusian dana zakat produktif yang dalam bentuk tradisional yaitu pemberian bantuan berupa alat produktif seperti hewan ternak, gerobak, bronjong, sepeda, kompor dan lainnya. Sedangkan pendistribusian dana zakat produktif dalam bentuk kreatif yaitu pemberian bantuan zakat dalam bentuk pemberian modal kepada mustahik yang mempunyai usaha kecil. Dalam proses pendistribusian BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanggamus melakukan beberapa tahap yaitu Perencanaan Program Pendistribusian Ekonomi Produktif, Sosialisasi program penerima ekonomi produktif, tujuan program ekonomi produktif, dan pengawasan program ekonomi produktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pendistribusian dana zakat produktif yang dilakukan oleh BAZNAS Kabupaten Tanggamus belum efektif dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan ekonomis mustahiknya. Sebab dari 4 (empat) yaitu ketepatan sasaran, sosialisasi program, tujuan program, dan pengawasan atau monitoring. Hanya satu indikator yang sudah efektif yaitu ketepatan sasaran. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa program yang dijalankan oleh BAZNAS iv Kabupaten Tanggamus dalam mendistribuskian zakat produktif tidak berjalan lancar dalam meningkatkan ekonomi mustahiknya. v ABSTRACT The research entitled "Distribution of Productive Zakat in Improving the Mustahik Economy in BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency" This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the distribution of productive zakat funds and its impact on improving the economic welfare of mustahik carried out by BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency. And to find out whether the program run by BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency has been effective in improving the Muslim economy. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with field research. The data collection technique uses interviews, observation and documentation. The informants in this research were recipients of productive zakat funds and those involved in the zakat distribution sector at BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency. The technical analysis in this research goes through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency distributes productive zakat through two methods, namely traditional and creative productive zakat distribution. The traditional form of distribution of productive zakat funds is the provision of assistance in the form of productive tools such as livestock, carts, gabions, bicycles, stoves and others. Meanwhile, the distribution of productive zakat funds is in a creative form, namely providing zakat assistance in the form of providing capital to mustahik who have small businesses. In the BAZNAS distribution process, Tanggamus Regency carries out several stages, namely Planning the Productive Economy Distribution Program, Socialization of the program for productive economy recipients, objectives of the productive economy program, and monitoring of the productive economy program.The research results show that the distribution of productive zakat funds carried out by BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency has not been effective in improving the economic welfare of its mustahik. The reasons for the 4 (four) are target accuracy, program socialization, program objectives, and supervision or monitoring. Only one indicator is effective, namely target accuracy. This shows that the program run by BAZNAS Tanggamus Regency in vi distributing productive zakat is not running smoothly in improving its mustahik economy.
