Abstract

ABSTRAK Sekolah merupakan tempat pendidikan dimana pengetahuan dan membantu membentuk karakter pribadi yang positif. Banyaknya kasus kekerasan yang terjadi di sekolah, akhirnya memunculkan kekhawatiran bahwa kekerasan dapat dianggap sebagai suatu hal yang normal dan wajar dalam hidup bermasyarakat. Kekerasan yang terjadi di sekolah atau sering disebut dengan bullying merupakan suatu bentuk agresif. Perilaku bullying adalah salah satu bentuk kekerasan dan sifat agresif peserta didik di sekolah. Bullying bisa berasal dari teman sebaya, senior, atau kakak kelas dan bahkan guru maupun staff sekolah itu sendiri. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pada penelitian ini tujuan yang ingin dicapai adalah untuk mengetahui apakah Pelaksanaan Teknik Asertif Untuk Mengurangi Perilaku Bullying Verbal Peserta didik SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung dapat mengurangi bullying peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu guru bimbingan konseling dan peserta didik kelas V di SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. Sumber data dalam peneltian ini yaitu primer dan sekunder. Sedangkan informan dalam penelitian ini adalah guru BK dan peserta didik. Dengan menggunakan merode analisis data reduksi, penyajian dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pertama, gambaran perilaku bullying verbal peserta didik SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung yaitu mayoritas perilaku bullying terjadi yaitu berupa bullying verbal yaitu jenis perundungan yang memakai kata-kata tidak menyenangkan untuk mengintimidasi atau menyakiti korban nya, seperti ejekan hingga hinaan yang dilontarkan kepada korban. Perilaku bullying yang terjadi umunya di berikan kepada siswa laki-laki yang terkenal pendiam ketika proses kegiatan belajar mengajardi kelas dan kurang terlalu aktif dalam kelas. Meskipun terjadi perilaku bullying tersebut, namun para korban umunya selalu memaafkan perbuatan yang dia alami. Kedua Proses teknik Asertif yang dilakukan oleh Guru BK di SD 1 Muhamaddiyah 1 Bandar Lampung sudah sesuai dengan yang diinginkan. Adapun langkah-langkah yang ditempuh dalam pelaksanaan teknif asertif yaitu, pertama mengindetifiksi situasi bullying yang terjadi dengan baik atau dapat dimaknai sebagai upaya menggali informasi mengenai perilaku bullying tersebut, kedua mengajak siswa untuk berbicara terkait peristiwa yang dia alami, Ketiga memberikan dukungan dan pantauan kepada korban bullying. Ketiga, Evaluasi dalam proses pelaksaan teknik asertif pada korban bullying di SD 1 Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung perlu ditingkatkan kembali dengan tujuan agar siswa tidak takut lagi ketika ingin bercerita atau menginformasikan mengenai permasalahan yang mereka alami. Serta di perlukanya peningkatkan pendekatan terhadap para korban bullying yang terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Mengingat perilaku bullying tidak bias dibenarkan sedikitpun. In this research the goal to be achieved is to find out whether the implementation of Assertive Techniques to Reduce Bullying Behavior of Students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung can reduce students' bullying behavior. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. This research uses data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation. The subjects in this research were guidance and counseling teachers and class V students at SD Muhammadiyah 1 Bandar Lampung. The data sources in this research are primary and secondary. Meanwhile, the informants in this research were guidance and counseling teachers and students. By using a data reduction analysis method, presenting and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that first, the description of verbal bullying behavior of students at Muhammadiyah 1 Elementary School in Bandar Lampung is that the majority of bullying behavior occurs in the form of verbal bullying, namely a type of bullying that uses unpleasant words to intimidate or hurt the victim, such as mockery and insults. to the victim. The bullying behavior that occurs is generally given to male students who are known to be quiet during the teaching and learning process in class and are not very active in class. Even though bullying behavior occurs, the victims generally always forgive the actions they experienced. Second, the Assertive technique process carried out by the BK Teacher at SD 1 Muhamaddiyah 1 Bandar Lampung was in accordance with what was desired. The steps taken in implementing assertive technology are, firstly, identifying bullying situations that occur well or can be interpreted as an effort to dig up information about bullying behavior, secondly inviting students to talk about the events they experienced, thirdly providing support and monitoring to victims. bullying. Third, evaluation in the process of implementing assertive techniques for victims of bullying at SD 1 Muhammadiyah Bandar Lampung needs to be improved again with the aim of ensuring that students are no longer afraid when they want to tell stories or inform about the problems they are experiencing.
