Abstract

ABSTRAK Kompetensi sosial guru pendidikan agama Islam adalah kemampuan komunikasi, adaptasi, dan bersikap yang dimiliki guru pendidikan agama Islam dalam bergaul dengan peserta didik, teman sejawat, orang tua peserta didik dan juga masyarakat lingkungan sekitar. Minat merupakan ketertarikan seseorang terhadap suatu objek yang dimana ketertarikan itu adalah dorongan dari diri seseorang itu sendiri bukan sebuah paksaan. Masalah yang dalam penelitian ini adalah minat belajar yang rendah pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMK N 1 Raman Utara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara kompetensi guru pendidikan agama Islam terhadap minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam di SMK Negeri 1 Raman Utara. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Tujuan utama dari desain penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur sejauh mana dua atau lebih variabel berhubungan satu sama lain dan dalam arah apa hubungan tersebut terjadi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik yang beragama Islam di SMK N 1 Raman Utara yang berjumlah 745 siswa. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proportionate stratified random sampling atau pengambilan sampel secara proposional dan acak, sebanyak 74 sampel. Penelitian ini memiliki variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi sosial guru pendidikan agama Islam (X) dan variabel terikat yaitu minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam (Y). Dan diketahui bahwasannya nilai signifikasi sebesar 0.000 < 0.05 yang artinya maka diterima dan kompetensi sosial guru PAI mempengaruhi minat belajar pada mata pelajaran PAI. Jika dilihat yang negatif maka ketentuannya adalah < dari artinya diterima dan > dari artinya ditolak. Dalam penelitian ini < yang berarti terdapat hubungan antara variabel kompetensi sosial guru pendidikan agama Islam terhadap minat belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran pendidikan agama Islam. iii ABSTRACT The social competence of Islamic religious education teachers is the communication, adaptation and attitude skills possessed by Islamic religious education teachers in interacting with students, peers, parents of students and also the surrounding community. Interest is a person's interest in an object where the interest is a drive from the person himself, not a compulsion. The problem in this research is low interest in learning in Islamic religious education subjects at SMK N 1 Raman Utara. This research aims to determine whether there is a significant influence between the competence of Islamic religious education teachers on students' interest in learning in Islamic religious education subjects at SMK Negeri 1 Raman Utara. The research method in this research is quantitative with a correlational design. The main goal of this research design is to measure the extent to which two or more variables are related to each other and in what direction the relationship occurs. The population of this study was all Muslim students at SMK N 1 Raman Utara, totaling 745 students. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling or proportional and random sampling, totaling 74 samples. This research has an independent variable, namely the social competence of Islamic religious education teachers (X) and a dependent variable, namely students' learning interest in Islamic religious education subjects (Y). And it is known that the significance value is 0.000 < 0.05, which means that H1 is accepted and the social competence of PAI teachers influences interest in learning in PAI subjects. If you see a negative t(count) then the conditions are - t_count < from -t(table) meaning H1 is accepted and -t_count > from -t_(table) meaning H1 is rejected. In this study -5.861 < -1.993, which means there is a relationship between the social competency variable of Islamic religious education teachers and students' interest in learning in Islamic religious education subjects
